李登輝訪日最後一天，離開北海道前與媒體進行座談會，對台灣選情也十分關心，他說台北市兩個候選人，柯文哲是醫生，醫生的習慣是照顧人，相信台灣人會選出有同理心的人。他說太陽花學運透過網路，兩天集結五十萬人出來主張「我是台灣人」，這在過去從未有過，也可以窺見年底選情得版塊變化。 李登輝說，今年年底選舉，最有趣的是台北市，兩候選人打得非常有趣，手段特別多。但是台灣要選什麼人做自己的領導者，想必心裡已經有了定數。至於兩個台北市候選人，他認為醫生蠻好的，像柯文哲是醫生，醫生的想法總是要照顧更多人，這是醫生的習性。他也相信台灣人很想要選一個會照顧人、有同理心的候選人。 點我看更多

拉大國五離尖峰差別費率 交部不排除

立法院交通委員會今天進行「基隆港、高雄港之港埠設施資產活化情形報告」，但立委還是關心之前原排定，臨時取消的國五實施假日試辦差別費率的檢討，包括立委楊麗環、葉宜津都關切實施的成效。葉宜津說，國五尖峰時段過路費收66元、離峰收22元，還是對紓解壅塞無效，一樣塞車，長隊塞車是世界奇觀，一定要改善，她建議離峰時段免收通行費。交通部長葉匡時坦承，差別費率對紓解國五交通壅塞的效果不顯著，不排除再拉大離尖峰的差別費率，將在一周內綜合研議提出報告。不過，他也認為要實施有極高的困難度。
葉匡時表示，解決國五假日交通壅塞最有效的方法是採高乘載管制，並鼓勵民眾到宜蘭搭乘公共運輸。楊麗環建議交通部應鼓勵慢遊觀光，有事情要處理需快速到宜蘭走國五，觀光則可走北宜台9線或濱海公路，觀光局配合周邊觀光景點開發，設觀光中途站，讓民眾慢慢遊。另可考慮用廢棄的軍用機場，發展小飛機宜蘭觀光。葉匡時表示將請觀光局和民航局研議。(陳如嬌／台北報導)
