生了小孩之後，讓我產後肥胖，很沒自信
我以前有便秘困擾，老公都說我小腹很肉

因為男友調去外地工作半年
這半年裡,每一個月他都會回家4次,所以每個月台北到台南來回要做8次車
因為火車太貴,所以目前只有考慮客運....
因為坐的頻率很高,路程又很遠,這樣每月下來,花費一定很可觀
所以想請教有沒有什麼優惠,該怎麼聰明的搭客運?

百二崁古道

百二崁古道是昔日九份、金瓜石往來武丹坑、燦光寮經過的一條古道，途經舊茂風聚落。

這條古道見諸於日治時代的《臺灣堡圖》（1898～1904），是一條百年古道。據說早期原是平埔族人哆囉滿社的一條社路。

哆囉滿社，很早以前就是出於歷史文獻之中。蔣毓英著的《臺灣府志》（1689）記載：「哆囉滿社出金。」 而更早以前，西班牙、荷蘭人的文獻亦有哆囉滿的記錄。

西班牙人、荷蘭人佔有台灣期間，都曾派遣探險隊，前往哆囉滿尋金，卻無功而返，至今台灣東部許多地方都有哆囉滿的地名或社名。 而黃金之地「哆囉滿」藏於何處？經過二、三百年之後才被偶然的發現。

光緒十六年（1890），在八堵修築鐵道橋樑的工人，無意間發現基隆河有金沙，掀起了一股基隆河淘金熱。 蜂湧而來的淘金客，續溯著基隆河向上游尋金，後來又溯著基隆河支流大粗坑溪，而於光緒十九年（1893）發現小金瓜露頭，次年， 又發現大金瓜礦脈，「哆囉滿」黃金之地，終於被人發現，也從此開啟了九份、金瓜石的黃金歲月。

十九世紀末，九份、金瓜石山區，形成一個又一個的礦業聚落，來自四方的尋金客，來此落腳，尋求致富之機會。 原本偏僻的荒山劣谷，因採金而形成一個個礦村小聚落，如大粗坑、小粗坑、金獅坑、茂風等。

九份、金瓜的金礦，經過幾十年的開採，礦脈逐漸枯竭，終於劃下休止符。曾經繁華的礦村也曲終人散，古道荒廢。

大約十年前，山界陳岳前輩帶領著一群山友尋訪百二崁古道，在荒堙漫草中，找出舊路跡，使這條已消失的古道重見天日。

反服貿學生攻佔議場19天，原在手搖飲料店工作的蔡宏翔（26歲）力挺學生堅守議場，連工作都因此不保，遭到解僱。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，蔡宏翔力挺反服貿學生，佔領議場隔天，他就打電話向飲料店老闆請假，老闆一開始回應：「讓你請2個月好不好？」，他以為怎麼會這麼好康，沒想到老闆在電話中就將他解僱了，目前在場內負責物資管理。

蔡宏翔自己也在議場內觀察，有近60%的人想回家，他不否認330活動已是極限了，昨天學生包圍藍委林鴻池服務處，他也直言是「變不出新把戲」。至於退場方式，蔡先生則表示最有可能就是學生宣布退場。（胡治言／綜合報導）

今天清晨5時許，基隆港的西岸旅客碼頭突然冒出濃煙，2樓全面燃燒，消防隊到達現場發現是旅客碼頭2樓的遊客中心起火，現場冒出大量濃煙，基隆市及港區消防隊派出14輛消防車，57名消防員前往拉水線灌救，早上7時許控制火勢，現場無人傷亡，起火原因仍待鑑識人員調查。

消防人員到場，旅客中心大廳桌子、椅子全面燒毀，飲料散落一地，外觀因高溫過熱部分變型，現場民眾紛紛到場圍觀，更有居民驚呼說：「起床後發現濃煙密布，嚇得衝出來看！」

起火的港西碼頭，國片《KANO》曾在此地取景拍攝，日據時代至今已有80年歷史。關於西2、西3碼頭去留問題，文化部已核定補助基隆市政府230萬元進行文史調查，5月底前會提交文史調查報告，但萬萬想不到，今天卻發生祝融之災。（戴之聖、陳偉周／基隆報導）
