標題[食記] 武夷山 青瓦食府

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/37204909 時間：2013/9 武夷山這裡的餐館大多是農家樂，也就是一些鄉村農家菜，以台灣的餐館來 看的話，大概就像土雞城、山產店之類的食肆。早上登完武夷山天游峰後， 飢腸轆轆，來到景區附近的青瓦食府用午餐。 青瓦食府就是典型的大陸農家樂餐廳，在山區挺常見。 雖然是農家樂，可是餐具用的倒是挺典雅，比起塑料包裝的真空白碗盤要來 得好上許多。 文公菜 朱熹曾經在武夷山開書院講學，據說這道文公菜就是朱熹發明的菜色。乍看 之下挺像某種粿，也像是肉羹，本來以為原料有糯米，結果是用絞肉、餅乾 與地瓜粉製成的食物。口感軟黏帶點彈性，有點像粉蒸肉，可裡頭是絞肉混 上地瓜粉的食物，底下墊著片蛋皮，以黃豆襯底，黃豆吸飽了湯汁，鬆軟可 口。 麻芝粿 其實就是沾滿了黑芝麻粉的麻糬，軟糯黏膩，表面的芝麻粉香甜脆粒，挺好 的一道甜食，可不宜放久，一久就出水出油，口感也跟著變硬。 鐵板山麂 農家樂與土雞城一樣，常能吃到一些野味，這道也是野味，用重口味的鐵板 方式來料理，加了大量的薑片去腥。山麂肉還算滑嫩，口味鹹香，肉中帶點 微酸。 雞汁蘿蔔 簡單的料理法，可十分清爽美味。蘿蔔切厚片與雞湯同煮，讓蘿蔔吸收雞汁 的鮮美，加上蘿蔔本身的甘甜，簡單好吃。 紅菇土雞湯 在台灣好像沒聽過紅菇，這菇傘蕈大片，煮出的雞湯呈現紅色的，而最難得 還是這裡的土雞，比起一般餐館的雞肉好吃的多，很接近台灣的雞了。雞湯 充滿了蕈菇的香氣，滋味也甘甜，難得在大陸喝到好喝的雞湯。 大骨小筍 小排骨炒筍子，筍子細嫩有點韌性。 武夷水餃 掛上了武夷山的名字的水餃，其實也就是一般的韭菜水餃，煮得皮破餡漏， 可是味道還是不錯，肉餡飽滿。 炒全菇 這是一道菇類大雜匯，一般常見的菇類都在裡頭了，金針菇、杏鮑菇、柳松 菇、白靈菇、木耳等等，稍微鹹了點。 清蒸紅眼睛 紅眼睛即是光魚的別稱，因為他的眼睛是紅色的。這種魚在武夷山景區內的 九曲溪裡到處都是，是一種淡水魚。這幾天在福建幾乎天天吃，比較特別的 是魚鱗可以吃，口感薄脆，雖然肉質細緻，可是魚刺很細且多，扎口得很， 不比海魚好吃。 木耳炒肉 似乎福建的農家樂都會炒這道菜，黑木耳與豬肉一起炒，味道還不錯，是個 挺下飯的炒菜，而且木耳口感彈脆，配著豬肉挺爽口。 青瓦食府 地址：福建省南平市武夷山市南次路南源嶺村（近大紅袍國賓館） 電話：0599-5233889 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.247.215 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 China_travel 10/25 22:56 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 10/25 22:56

沙律．送上門 Hong Kong Personal Chef

最近出外吃飯太多，這星期，我決定吃得清爽——吃五天沙律午餐。
沙律由米芝蓮大廚 Tom新鮮炮製後送到辦公室，每日口味不同，不僅健康，適合瘦身減肥，且味道好，跟在餐廳吃，沒啥分別。

 

除了沙律， Tom推出了二三十款急凍住家菜式，拿手歐陸菜包括慢煮新西蘭羊肩、意式 lasagne，帶亞洲風味的香煎挪威三文魚，解凍後，整盒放入焗爐或微波爐加熱即可。各$110 

今天送來的沙律午餐，是色彩繽紛的希臘沙律，橄欖、青瓜、番茄、芝士……七八種新鮮蔬果食材配搭，沒用濃重醬汁，加一點檸檬汁，拌些少橄欖油，入口，味道清鮮，且分量足，大男人吃，不怕吃不飽。

就在剛剛上自家的水缸打開融合系統時....非常之幸運的合出"綠高鰭刺尾魚"...QQ
因為這幾天一直合出的都是綠怪盜魚......(連其他元寶魚都不中....

目前倉庫內有18條綠怪盜-0-"(合了3X次-0-"可是合出綠怪盜的機率竟是50%......

3X次的綠融,我才中了3條綠高鰭刺尾魚...(第3條是剛剛中的Q0Q,超級感動!!!

目標是5條綠高鰭刺尾魚!!!努力!~

標題[問題] 企業版升級8.1

校園版(企業版)的windows 8無法透過市集直接升級8.1 學校那邊提供的8.1光碟也無法直接升級要砍掉重練才行 可是看這個網站所說 (http://download.ithome.com.tw/article/index/id/2169) 似乎只要有正確的光碟檔還是可以直升8.1?? 但找了找網路上都沒有適合的ISO檔 不知道有沒有人有解的? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.50.206

尤美女、林淑芬、田秋堇、劉建國等立委25日召開記者會表示，將提出《食品衛生管理法》第50條修正草案，擴大檢舉人範圍為雇主之外的人，不限於勞工，並擬用違法雇主繳給政府的行政罰鍰設置「食安基金」，作為食品檢舉者獎金、消費者食品訴訟經費等用途；並且修法新增要求地方政府有義務替消費者提起公益訴訟，向業者求償。

「從陸續出現塑化劑、毒澱粉、大統油等黑心食品，皆是因為業者無法自律，」

立委林淑芬表示，食安問題長期無法改善，是因業者無法自律，要求其自行檢驗，並保證產品與原料如實標示的D-Day計畫如同「國王穿新衣」。立委尤美女說，D-Day計畫通常用於專業人員，用在商人身上並不適合，商人要賺錢，難以自律。

在場立委們一致表示，將修改《食管法》第50條，擴大檢舉人至雇主以外，不限於勞工，並且強調要增設「食安基金」。讓違法雇主繳給政府的行政罰鍰，全歸入食安基金，作為提供食安檢舉者獎金、消費者食安訴訟經費等用途。

出席記者會的顧立雄律師表示，政府對違法業者重罰，但行政罰鍰全歸入政府財庫，受害的消費者並未獲得補償，同時食品傷害已經造成，消極的罰鍰並無法真正改善食安問題，政府應做的是提防。因此，立委們起草將用這些行政罰鍰成立「食安基金」。

除此之外，還將一併修正《食管法》56條，將舉證責任對換，消費者有權提出檢舉且不須舉證，由違法業者證明其食品或添加物不會造成對人體有害，而非由消費者來舉證。

顧立雄指出，食品安全危及許多人，消費者需要集體訴訟，但只有消基會是不夠的，將修法要求地方政府應幫助消費者提出公益訴訟向業者求償。另外關於消費不能證明其損害金額時，法院依侵害情節，以每人每一事件賠償5百到2萬元，立委也將修法將損害數額上限從2萬提高到3萬元。
