美國10月費城地區製造業擴張比預期多，意味這項產業保有聯邦政府局部停擺前蓄積的動能。

費城聯邦準備銀行（Federal Reserve Bank ofPhiladelphia）本月總體經濟指數降至19.8，低於9月所創逾兩年高點22.3。數值高於零，便代表賓州東部、新澤西州南部以及德拉瓦州地區製造業成長。彭博社調查56名經濟師的預估中值為15。

儘管源於華府預算與舉債上限爭鬥的不確定性已衝擊消費者信心，汽車銷售和居家相關產品的消費需求仍讓工廠保持忙碌。房價和股價雙漲已強化家庭資產負債表，加上海外市況改善，可能有助於帶動占美國經濟約12%的製造業。

高頻經濟公司（High Frequency Economics）首席美國經濟師歐蘇利文（Jim O'Sullivan）在報告出爐前表示：「股市和房市都在好轉，就連近幾個月的出口數據也有改善。這波混亂前，看起來製造業正在加速，我認為只要我們熬過去，趨勢依舊是如此。」

彭博社調查經濟師的預估值，介於負2.0和27.5之間。9月數值是2011年3月以來最高。

紐約聯邦準備銀行（Federal Reserve Bank ofNew York）15日公布的報告顯示，隨著銷售和徵才降溫，紐約地區製造業在10月趨緩。紐約聯銀的總體經濟指數從9月的6.3滑落至1.5，創5個月來新低。

費城聯銀的新增訂單指數，從前月的21.2提升至27.5，為2011年3月以來最高水準。10月出貨指數由9月的21.2下滑至20.4。本月人力雇用指數自上月的10.3攀升至15.4，創2011年5月以來新高。

這份報告顯示，費城地區製造業者對未來看法是10年來最樂觀。今後6個月展望指數從上月的58.2進步到60.8，創2003年9月以來新高。

（中央社記者楊明珠東京17日專電）亞洲最大規模的影展「第26屆東京國際影展」今天開 幕，本屆有角逐最大獎項的競賽單元以及「特別招待作品」等來自海內外逾300部作品放映 ，台灣共有6部電影參展。 本屆開幕片是奧斯卡影帝湯姆漢克斯（Tom Hanks）的新作「怒海劫」（Captain Phillips ），閉幕片為日本導演三谷幸喜首度執導的古裝劇「清須會議」。 走綠地毯是東京影展開幕的傳統，湯姆漢克斯為了開幕片來到東京，神情愉悅地走上綠地 毯；他在回答記者詢問時，還特別指出去過台灣，台灣是個很棒的地方。 人氣男星玉木宏在綠地毯儀式中向台灣民眾問好；爆紅日劇半澤直樹中飾演近藤的男星瀧 滕賢一說，今天才知道，半澤直樹和他在台灣很紅，想和家人一同訪問台灣。 今晚綠地毯活動的壓軸是日本首相安倍晉三。 角逐最大獎項「東京櫻花大獎」的競賽單元共有15部作品入圍，是從報名參賽的逾1400部 作品當中脫穎而出。本屆報名參賽作品之多創歷年新高紀錄。 本屆東京影展再度聚焦台灣，包括代表台灣角逐明年奧斯卡最佳外語片的「失魂」、票房 亮眼的喜劇片「總舖師」、世界麵包冠軍得主吳寶春師傅生命故事改編而成的「世界第一 （麥方）」、隋棠主演的愛情片「甜秘密」、台日韓國際合創電影「打狗舞」及侯孝賢導 演經典電影「兒子的大玩偶」數位修復版，演繹台灣風情。 15部入圍競賽單元的作品當中，日本片有深田晃司的「河畔的朔子」及（木神）英雄執導 的「難以割捨的人」（暫譯）。 特別招待作品當中，有「清須會議」以及朝原雄三執導的「武士的食譜」將上映。 「清」片描寫要選出日本古時英雄織田信長接班人的會議召開情形。「武」片描寫日本江 戶時代服務於加賀藩的廚師及妻子間的愛情故事。 東京影展主會場位於六本木，展出期間從今天至25日為止共9天。25日將宣布各單元得獎名 單。 http://ppt.cc/zuCN -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】隨著萬聖節即將來到，美國不少戶人家也開始忙著布置迎接萬聖節，佛州一名現年50歲男子朗尼爾森，15日在住家外架起大型十字架，並在周遭擺上蠟燭，接著灑上汽油，點燃十字架和蠟燭的時候，衣服不小心著火，導致他全身50%二度燒傷。

警方表示男子當時喝了不少酒，研判應該只是單純意外，目前仍在醫院接受治療。

網路上有txt分割程式，但我覺得都不好用。
分割程式分割txt檔之後，會再生成一個合併txt的bat檔。如下....
copy /B "小說_1.txt" "小說.txt"
copy /B "小說.txt" + /B "小說_2.txt"
copy /B "小說.txt" + /B "小說_3.txt"

我想既然能有合併txt的bat檔，是不是也能夠以bat檔的方式做分割txt檔的處理。
這樣子點2下bat檔便能夠迅速分割，而不必還得開啟程式、選檔、目的地......。
分割成3等份左右，分割後的檔會放在同bat檔的資料夾內，或者固定位置路徑。
