【綜合報導】中國福建省福州福清市最近發生多宗路人遭人「割肉」事件，消息在網上廣為流傳，疑犯前晚(2日)已遭當地警方拘捕。

上周三（上月28日）一名網友在《微博》指出，有一名女子在福清沃爾瑪超市(Wal-Mart)門外，遭一名男子持刀削去手臂一塊肉，男子撿起地上肉塊後迅速逃離現場。警方當天就在官方《微博》澄清，指遇襲女子並未被割肉，但有被割傷。隨後幾天，又有多名網友在《微博》反映，在市區內多個地方發生男子持刀割傷路人事件。昨天早上更傳這名持刀男子患有愛滋病，會先把血液塗抹在刀具上傳備病毒。

警方表示已於前晚將林姓疑犯逮捕，並在現場搜出機車與美工刀等作案工具。警方強調，網上部份傳聞不實，案件仍在審理中。

其實錢要一起管還是各自管都沒差 只要協調得好就好 真要說有缺點的話兩種都有缺點 一起管的話 沒管錢的那方風險較大 分開管的話 賺得少的那方會比較辛苦 以我作比方吧 我爺爺還算挺有錢的 當初在我爸結婚時在台北留了兩間房子給我爸 分別是一樓和二樓 一樓讓給我爸 二樓讓給我媽 我爸也都把賺來的錢給我媽管 也都相安無事 我爸出門賺錢 我媽就在家照顧我爺爺奶奶 不過有一天討債的突然上門 原因是因為我爸替我叔叔作保 結果叔叔還不出錢 於是我家的一樓就被法拍了…這時候我剛好出生 於是我們全家就搬到二樓去跟爺爺奶奶一起住 事情就在這時候發生的 有一天遠房親戚來我家作客 是爺爺的哥哥他們一家（我也不知道該怎麼稱呼） 我媽出門 親戚都在逗著我玩（我那時好像是週歲多） 這時候來了一通電話 我那不知道幾等親去的阿姨接了電話（其實應該是我同輩XD） 話筒對方的陌生男子聽見接聽的是年輕女聲就直接親暱地叫我媽名字 我那遠親阿姨眉頭一皺 發現事情不單純 結果就把我媽外遇這件事情給套了出來 很意外的我媽沒多久就承認了 事情很快就鬧到要離婚 我爸還死都不相信 不過還是被爺爺勸離 他說不要這種女人糟蹋他兒子 我爸也很無奈地簽了離婚 只是錢也要不回來了 就連住的房子也都被我媽脫手 到現在我家還是租房子 爺爺真的是氣到不行 沒多久也進醫院就沒出來了 整個家的財產一切從0開始 偏偏那時我才2歲多 那時候我爸要養我 要付爺爺醫藥費 要付房租 簡直累到快翻掉 還好親戚們都挺罩的 願意無利息借貸給我爸 而且家裡還有奶奶帶我 所以我是被我奶奶給帶大的 我爸本來不想再婚 只是爺爺說沒看見孩子有正常家庭他會死不瞑目 於是就還是再婚了 而且遵照爺爺遺囑 分開管理財產直到現在 我爸再婚之後 我們全家一直到現在依然相安無事 不過即使再遇到一次突發狀況 也不會像之前那麼慘了 自身案例 大家看了笑笑就好… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.212.234

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺北三日電）國防部副參謀總長兼執行官廖榮鑫上將今天代表國防部長嚴明前往五指山國軍示範公墓，主持民國一０二年秋祭忠靈典禮，向先烈們表達國軍官兵的緬懷和敬意。

　國軍秋祭忠靈典禮上午在儀隊軍禮引導及隆重軍樂聲中展開，陸、海、空軍司令部、後備、憲兵指揮部等官兵代表，以及行政院退輔會、新北市政府和遺族家屬到場與祭。

　祭典中，廖副總長兼執行官率領與祭人員，依序向先烈靈位上香、獻花、宣讀祭文與行禮致敬，儀式莊嚴肅穆；典禮結束後，廖副總長也代表嚴部長向先烈遺族、子女及家屬代表慰問致意，表達國軍關懷之意。

　隨後，廖執行官前往故總統嚴家淦先生陵墓鞠躬致敬，感念嚴前總統對國家的奉獻。
