為了抑制房價，地方政府花招百出。河南省鄭州市禁止未滿20歲的無住房單身人員在限購區域購房、滿20歲的無住房單身者限購一套住房、已在鄭州市居住三年以上，並繳納社保或個人所得稅一年以上非當地戶籍居民，限購一套房。9月即開始實施新政。

河南日報報導，昨（2）日鄭州市房管局召開新聞發布會，發表上述住房限購政策。同時，鄭州市將更嚴格審核限購令落實程度，確保政策的嚴肅性和連續性。

報導引述鄭州市發言人表示，在推出政策之餘，也要加強市場監管，進一步規範房地產市場秩序，包含加大對發佈虛假資訊、惡意炒作房價等違法違規行為的查處力道。

為了壓下房價上漲，達成價格「零增長」目標，鄭州市將採取如下舉措，房產商必須一次性上報預售所有住房銷售價格、預售方案商品住房價格不得高於上一期成交價格，並啟動「鄭州市商品住房限價系統」，透過資訊化技術嚴格監測市場動向。

不過鄭州市還是會適度增加土地供應，以保證住房投放的穩定增長，發言人指出，從今年至2015年鄭州市致力保持每年商品住房用地供應不低於10%的遞增速度，維持鄭州市住房有效供應的穩定增長。

據了解，此次鄭州市推出局部調整限購政策，主要是為在保護和支持剛性需求前提下，進一步抑制擠壓投資性需求。

立委指出，明年外交部機密預算在拉丁美洲及加勒比海區域國際事務活動上，大幅減少二點七億元。外交部拉美司長指出，拉美地區的外交預算逐年走向透明化，大部分都編列在公開預算書中，因此機密預算才會較往年減少二點七億元；馬總統才剛出訪拉美與加勒比海邦交國，邦交相當穩固。
