來源： http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN1/8003741.shtml 原文： 基本工資審議委員會預定九月初召開，勞委會內部評估，國內經濟復甦緩慢，明年月 薪、時薪再漲機會不大；馬總統承諾時薪要漲到一百一十五元的競選支票恐又跳票。勞委 會還打算調整審議機制，明年起擬由第三方公正人士組成的委員會審議後，再向勞委會提 出建議案。 基本工資每年第三季由審議委員會討論隔年漲不漲，今年因月薪基本工資四月剛漲， 勞委會暫定九月再開。去年審議委員會決議，今年元旦時薪漲到一百零九元、月薪一萬九 千零四十七元，行政院最後核定「時薪先漲，月薪緩漲」（月薪四月復漲）。 勞委會官員評估，去年經濟成長率僅百分之一點二六，今年至今景氣又未顯著復甦， 除非經濟數據能好轉，否則這次要「形成調漲共識的機會不大」。 台灣勞工陣線協會說，勞基法規定基本工資由審議委員會議決，但會都還沒開，勞委 會就片面傾向不調漲，形同架空和解除委員會的法定地位。勞陣還說，資方和財經部門還 沒說反對漲，勞委會卻先揮刀自宮，諷刺勞委會主委潘世偉是「投降主委」，揚言發動抗 爭。 人在國外的潘世偉交代業務單位對外說明。勞委會勞動條件處副處長謝倩蒨說，絕對 尊重委員會審議結果，屆時會將物價指數、經濟成長率等數據提供委員會參考，強調勞委 會未預設立場。 另外，現行基本工資審議委員會由勞資學政四方組成，主席是勞委會主委，未來傾向 仿照韓國作法，官方不介入，由勞資雙方先對話，再由第三方公正人士（如專家學者）組 成的委員會，根據勞資意見和經濟數據審議後，再向勞委會提出建議案；勞委會可採納或 調整，最後由行政院核定。 勞委會說，會將各國狀況在九月會議時提供委員參考，由委員討論最適方式，新機制 最快明年才實施。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.7.57
