【朱健弘／台北報導】郭采潔的男友楊祐寧後天31歲生日，偏偏她今天凌晨在微博po文「青春是幫喜歡的人過生日」，立刻被懷疑提前幫男友慶生，但她下午幫華納唱片師妹王詩安指導拍照姿勢時，澄清該文指的是其他朋友，但也承認會幫男友慶生，因楊祐寧日前才表示若主演的《總舖師》電影票房破6億元台幣，就去馬爾地夫裸泳，郭采潔今被媒體逼問是否愛相隨，她笑說：「又沒約我。」戀情甜蜜蜜的她始終脫離不了男友話題，楊祐寧在電影中是「料理醫生」，昨天王詩安拍宣傳照，她去指導拍照pose，唱片公司還刻意封她為「pose醫生」。
