最近定了間板橋的預售屋，但有些問題想請教:1. 預計年底可交屋，但最近才聽銷售小姐說之前有在講一樓店面要給原地主作觀音亭放金紙的地方?請問要如何要求建設不可將住宅區設宮廟，還是只能等到管委會成立才能要求該屋主 ，只是屆時影響就蠻大 2.建設事前沒告知，屆時建設不願承諾不設宮廟，可否要求建商賠償損失？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.186.187
