打房影響　全台第3季房屋交易減4%

【郭寶懃／台北報導】內政部營建署今日公告交易課稅動態部分，第3季全國建物所有權買賣移轉登記數為9.6萬棟，較上季減少4.06%；土地增值稅件數第3季41萬件，比上季增加22.65%。
 
淡江大學產業經濟系教授莊孟翰指出，買賣移轉登記數量是反映市場現況，因政府打房關係，多少影響買氣，而土地交易量成長，摒除建商買地部分，民眾買地通常都會前往中南部，例如桃園。
