中華常看到這樣的案例，一旦被客訴，效率就會變好。
當初我在高雄也被放過鴿子，還遇過態度奇差的。
都是客訴後就有改善。
(幸運的是現在我台北內湖東區這的中華效率態度都不錯，經驗大多是良好的，還沒客訴過)

基本上我也能夠體諒裝機的師傅可能因故或者前面的案子 delay 到，
導致後面的用戶得等更久，

但連一通電話通知都沒辦法就太誇張，你時間很緊湊，
客戶的時間就不是時間嗎 ?
