[問題] 應考資格、各種國考疑難雜症等，以有正確作法、答案者為主 (不包括書裡的疑問)。若問題如人生規劃、讀書計畫等，無一 定作法、答案者，請用閒聊選項。 問題一 不好意思我真的想問清楚點 請問現在的民法刑法是三審三級制 但實際運作是(地方法院，高等法院)，最高上訴到高等法院 或是(高等法院，最高法院)，最高上訴到最高法院 而民事和刑事訴訟的受害者都可以提起訴訟 關於刑事庭是不是好像特別有規定，有點忘記之前老師上課講的 而行政法院現在可以在一般法院執行，由二級二審變成三級二審嗎? 問題二 我國是總統制，所以閣揆由總統直接任命，行政權和立法權分權制衡， 國會可對元首題不信任案，國會議員不可兼任內閣閣員 但在內閣制之下，國會議員可以兼任內閣閣員，內閣制還有其他的規定嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.8.136.241
