在那之前把什麼抗壓性道德之類的可丟光了

那是不必要的東西

此外世界上沒有什麼叫做一起富有的....

我剛打了上千字的經歷

但我覺得那是廢話

另外我要說我給員工基本最少月收三萬

我是反對22K論的

但我覺得很多人不管是中老年還是青年哪個世代

真的連不值22K

以現階段來說

如果你們認為自己值22K以上

但公司又不給你們22K

請自己出去當老闆

八年級生月入數十萬的就在我身邊

他請的智力障礙員工最少的剛開始就只有一萬六

幾年過那位員工月收超過三萬後

還送他那位員工一台新車

很多台灣人聰明到只看見眼前的利益

不曉得一間公司是要靠所有員工不說廢話下去打拼

多數人比智力障礙的還不如

但他還是遵守著最上面的原則

只不過分一點給老員工

不要說我講話機車

我說事實
