夏日到喔不想再拔拔拔我的毛

生了小孩之後，讓我產後肥胖，很沒自信
我以前有便秘困擾，老公都說我小腹很肉
游泳都不敢穿泳裝，夏天也不敢穿短褲和短裙
小腹和大腿和屁股都很胖
為了瘦下來，我到醫美診所瘦身過
甚至第4台的減肥產品我也嘗試了
但是減肥了4年多時間
胖胖瘦瘦的，持續復胖很痛苦
我不想要每天擔心老公外遇
我決定認真找尋減肥方式
我在網路上看到一個人瘦了好多
而且都沒復胖
我簡單相信跟他一起減肥
透過均衡營養和調整熱量
我雖然只瘦4公斤
但是我體脂肪掉了6%
我好高興好興奮
每年都期待夏天的到來
老公帶我出去都很有面子
或許也可以幫助更多體重困擾的朋友
