PS3 搖桿無法連接主機..

我PS3原來那支搖桿壞掉了
我跟朋友借一個搖桿 卻不能連主機
手把後面4個燈一起閃 一直狂按PS鍵都不能連上主機

我上網爬文，發現蠻多人有這個問題
網路上的大大是說，手把跟主機對不到
用牙籤插搖桿後面的一個小洞 就可以解決
可是我試了很久還是沒有用
USB線插著也一樣

請問大大知道這個狀況怎麼解決呢?

如果不能解決的話
我住文山區，請問有可以拿去哪些店家協助處理?
