謝立功打造基隆海港城

國民黨基隆市長候選人謝立功選前再推出為基隆立功的競選政見，他計畫將基隆巿政府、基隆巿立文化中心、東岸停車場及基隆憲兵隊等4個單位，全部拆除重建，打造媲美香江的海港城。

謝立功表示，這塊總坪數超過4000多坪的土地，可以打造一座擁有商貿大樓、五星級酒店、購物中心的綜合性商場。他說，未來很重要的就是看誰是巿長，就像捷運喊了很多年，這次從總統到雙北巿長給予很具體的承諾，他上任一定可做到，不用等8年。
