食安基金不收頂新：尊重政院

頂新集團30億食安基金昨天到位，但行政院表態不收，頂新回應指出尊重行政院的決定，基金的運用規劃，會尊重潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑的指教與社會各界的意見。

頂新集團繼頂率65億元聯貸款還清後，30億元食安基金也在23日到位。但衛福部長蔣丙煌今天明確表示，行政院沒有打算要收，並喊話希望頂新能先賠償過去造成的損失。

頂新集團回應表示，尊重行政院的決定，但集團投入食安公益的立場與決心不會有任何改變；至於基金的運用規劃，會尊重尹總裁的指教與社會各界的意見。
