陸船越界電魚馬祖海巡送法辦

（中央社記者沈如峰台北24日電）海巡署馬祖海巡隊今天指出，一艘中國大陸漁船昨天在馬祖東引外海越界違法電魚，今天已將9名船員移送檢方偵辦。

馬祖海巡隊昨天中午在東引燈塔外海約1.6浬處，查獲1艘中國大陸漁船非法越界電魚，隨即將這艘漁船押解至南竿隊部偵訊。

馬祖海巡隊調查發現，這艘漁船曾在民國94年3月就因違法越界電魚遭到取締，如今更改船名後又再度犯案，起出3具充電機、8個電瓶、漁獲紅蝦1392公斤。全案今天以漁業法等，將9名船員移送福建連江地方法院檢察署偵辦。

馬祖海巡隊說，電魚嚴重破壞海洋生態，海巡隊將持續在轄區積極取締及驅離大陸漁船越區捕魚，保護馬祖海域漁業資源，展現海巡嚴正執法決心。1040124
