帕莎蒂娜曾在2010年邀請法國米其林三星主廚Christian Le Squer首度到高雄客座,2012年Christian再度受邀,同時也到校園進行味覺示範教育。今年12月3日起登場的米其林三星宴,則邀請勃艮第有超過90年歷史的米其林餐廳Masion Lameloise第四代接班人,曾獲法國廚藝最高榮譽大獎的主廚Eric Pras來台,展現勃艮第經典料理。
