【動新聞】加班未休完　僱主須付加班費

《勞動基準法》將有重大修正，未來勞工每天的加班時數，若補休未在半年內休完，將強制僱主折算成加班費。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，現行勞工若加班，勞工可選擇補休或要加班費，但實務上發現勞工選擇補休後，若年度終了沒休完，僱主多半會把勞工的假「作廢」，勞動部昨與學者專家討論後決定提出修法版本，未來每天的加班時數，若選擇補休且未在半年內休完，將強制僱主折算成加班費，這項修法預估將有六百七十萬勞工受惠，預計後年上路。（胡治言／綜合報導）

〔自由時報記者盧賢秀／基隆報導〕基隆北方彭佳嶼周邊海域生產的黃金蟹，正值盛產期，飽滿鮮美，今年的產量較豐，老饕開始嚐鮮，產銷班成員推出急凍黃金蟹，兩公斤裝五百元。

中秋過後螃蟹正肥美，新北市近年推萬里蟹，基隆基隆嶼附近海域的所產的細點圓趾蟹，產值也相當多，這種螃蟹煮熟之後變成金黃色，基隆區漁會命名為基隆黃金蟹。

基隆區漁會正濱漁港產銷班組長陳英仁說，黃金蟹正盛產，最近漁船都滿載而歸，黃金蟹的產量比去年多，蟹肉飽滿紮實，都很鮮甜，正是嚐鮮的時候。

陳英仁說，漁船在北方海域捕撈黃金蟹後，馬上急速冷凍，保持它的鮮甜，料理時只要稍加清洗，不須完全退冰，就可以料理，放上薑片、加點米酒清蒸熟；或是加洋蔥、蛋拌炒，都好吃。

陳英仁說，熟門熟路的饕客已經預約，產銷班成員推出急凍黃金蟹，一公斤裝（約八隻）三百元、二公斤裝（十二至十五隻）五百元，適合一般家庭食用。電話02-24621815。

基隆區漁會總幹事陳文欽說，去年區漁會推出黃金蟹與大明蝦的雙拼組合，很受歡迎，今年再接再厲，將與觀光飯店業者合作推廣行銷，同時今年農、漁會攜手推山海大餐，行銷基隆山藥、黃金蟹與大明蝦。

《蘋果》上周報導1名賴弘堃（30歲）假扮富商騙財騙色，昨又有女子出面指控，遭賴男以相同手法騙到摩鐵口交。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，女子小Y（26歲）上月透過App交友軟體「遇見」認識賴弘堃，賴男問她是否願被包養，開價每周陪睡3次、月付8萬元，她因缺錢心動並約吃飯，沒想到見面當天，吃飯6百元及住摩鐵的2千元都是她埋單，還幫賴男口交。賴男昨還扮友人向《蘋果》澄清，小Y得知後痛罵：「窮光蛋還想學人包養，真是噁爛！」（胡治言／綜合報導）
