南僑疑似自澳洲進口工業用牛油混入食用油事件，竟出現大翻盤，澳洲駐台辦事處昨在官網澄清，是台澳雙方對「For Industry Use」有不同認知，澳洲認定該牛油為供產業使用，且可供人食用，但食品藥物管理署則認為是工業使用，顯然是翻譯出了問題。衛福部昨接受澳洲說法，但仍認定南僑報關不實。
 
衛福部食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭今受訪表示，澳洲駐台辦事處昨發出聲明，指出澳洲官方所指的For Industry Use，與南僑報關單上的For Industrial Use是不一樣的意思，一個是供「產業」使用，另一個為供「工業」使用。但南僑在中文報關單直接寫非食用，因此，該署發函請外館求證，目前外館回信，指南僑進口的牛油確實可用於食品（could be used for food）。
 
馮潤蘭說，日前該署稽查人員到南僑工廠、公司稽查，並稽查了2天，發現南僑報關進口的12批澳洲牛油中，有5批的報關單就是寫「非食用」，稽查人員將相關單據都調出來，認定確實是南僑報關不實。
 
馮潤蘭說，雖現確認南僑進口的牛油可供人食用，但該署為確認其產品安全，目前所有相關產品仍不可上架，將待該署檢驗重金屬、黃麴毒素、抗氧化劑等完成後，預估下周一下班前可有初步結果，安全無虞才恢復上架。另食藥署署針對資本額3000萬以上的27家油品大廠稽查，結果也將在本月底完成。（沈能元／台北報導）
