這半年以來實在被仲介騷擾要我賣房騷擾到快瘋掉 我房子買了又沒有要賣 為何一直要我賣 尤其是房地合一議題開始時 仲介都用這理由要我賣房 要我趕快馬上的 把手上所有房子賣光 不然大崩盤要來了 你會虧很大 趁現在可以高價賣掉 這時候賣掉害下一手套牢也不好呀 所以我堅持不賣 再來我看會更多 每次到年底仲介都會一直打電話要人賣房子 理由是跨年度土增稅調漲 要怎跨年度之前趕快賣房子 這現象兩大直營體是一直在做 真的是煩死了~~~~ 加盟店也有在做~~~~ 不賣不行嗎???? 這新聞又來至某直營體系的關係網站 讓人覺得..... 根本只是為了公司及個人利益 哀~~~~~ 房子買了不賣不行嗎??? 幹嘛一定要逼我賣房子~~~~ ---- 真的如果盤勢是跌 應該不是鼓勵屋主趕快賣房 是鼓勵買方不要買房 屋主想賣連看都沒人看，都沒人想買 市場上這樣維持個2年 3年就會跌了 那些屋主不是更應該降價賣嗎??? 怎麼是高點賣給自住客 讓自住客套牢~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.16.145 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1413307595.A.C99.html ※ 編輯: a386036 (180.176.16.145), 10/15/2014 01:30:43
