北部一名聽障女大生前年4月向陳姓男同學告白，反被陳男當成性奴，多次被拉到校內涼亭、樓梯間強逼口交與性交，去年一名學長仗義在課堂怒吼質問陳男才揭發，高等法院昨維持一審見解，認定陳男犯下17次加重強制性交既遂罪與1次加重強制性交未遂罪，合併判刑18年，還可上訴。

雙方3年前均就讀大學，21歲陳男已休學，無恥辯稱親密行為都是告訴人自願的，「我褲子剛解開，她的頭就主動靠過來」，前後也僅約10次，反駁告訴人若不願意，為何不呼救或事後告訴同學及家人，也遲未報警驗傷，陳男還宣稱被校方調查時，師長威脅他須照標準答案陳述，否則退學。

女方4位親近同學證稱，多次聽女方哭訴陳男是「可惡的人」，「又被可惡的人欺負了」等語，他們也發現陳男會和女方一起消失，女方再出現時多半獨自飲泣，或拚命漱口表達厭惡與噁心，他們無計可施，只能勸女方設法蒐證。

告訴人出庭強調告白後得知陳男有女友便死心，陳男卻從此趁她落單時多次勒頸強拉她到校內涼亭、樓梯間或空教室，強壓性侵。告訴人表示，害怕反抗會像新聞報導的被害人遭性侵犯殺害，也不知如何告訴家人，只能向較親近同學求助，她試圖在口交後保存陳男體液，但陳男似有警覺，「都射在草地上」。

告訴人說，去年6月差點又被陳男拖走性侵，幸好一位學長路過撞見，陳男溜回教室，學長問明原委勃然大怒，衝進教室質問陳男才揭發。檢方偵辦時，告訴人父親當庭跪求檢察官主持公道，難過表示女兒原本在校表現很優秀，卻為此事多次想尋短。

檢方起訴陳男涉犯18次加重強制性交既遂罪與1次加重強制性交未遂罪，建請從重量刑。一審法官僅扣除其中1件證據不足，其餘合併重判18年，高院昨維持原判，還可上訴。（黃哲民／台北報導）

大家好～第一次自己一個人遊德國，有關火車的問題想請教一下的...

11月會由慕尼黑前往富森住一晚，由於不想拖著大型行李箱前往富森，所以想在München Hbf先找locker寄存行李，然後才出發去富森。第二天遊完新舊天鵝堡之後，傍晚經慕尼黑取回行李箱再轉乘去法蘭克福。

Füssen >> München Hbf Gl.27-36（17:05出發／19:17到達）
前往München Hbf的Locker提取行李箱
München Hbf >> Frankfurt(Main)Hbf（19:48出發／23:05到達）

想請問一下...慕尼黑的轉乘時間大約30分鐘...足夠去locker提取行李和轉站嗎？
locker離月台會不會很遠呢？
是不是先在網上訂購火車票比較好呢？在DB看到現在特價39，但正價113...
請指教啊~>"<
