第51屆金馬獎頒獎典禮11月22日舉行，金馬影展則於11月6日開跑，至11月27日結束。金馬執委會今稍早公布本屆閉幕片，為去年奪金馬5獎的王家衛作品《一代宗師》，特別的是，閉幕將選映全球唯一35釐米拷貝的《一代宗師》北美版，再現膠卷片的精彩。開幕片日前已宣布為台灣電影《極光之愛》。
 
金馬執委會同時宣布，今年「星光講堂」單元將有2屆影帝郭富城、上屆影帝李康生，以及影后桂綸鎂。郭富城曾以《三岔口》、《父子》連奪2屆金馬影帝，他今年將在播映《三岔口》後進行講座；李康生雖是以《郊遊》稱帝，但此次選映演藝處女作品《青少年哪吒》；桂綸鎂則是選映獲獎電影《女朋友。男朋友》。（陳意佳／台北報導）
