當這群孩子們開始踢球，同時幫社區的路燈發電

5fde6f054939f4e3c377955c72b7db64 對於生活在都市的人來說，或許很難想像連燈都沒有的日子，但在巴西的貧民窟裡，有群孩子連想要踢足球都得靠著天氣賞臉，有光的時候才能在球場上奔馳，不過這樣的終於結束，巴西出現了第一座由球員自行供電的足球場，只要孩子們開始踢球，就能照亮球場與社區。

能由球員自行供電的足球場秘密就藏在球場的草皮下，和一般足球場的場地設計不同，巴西的發電足球場地板其實是由 200 片特殊磁磚所鋪設而成，這個最新的發電技術來自英國的新創公司 Pavegen，讓特殊設計過的磁磚能經由每個踩在磁磚上踏步產生能量；這種磁磚曾鋪設在歐洲的火車站、澳洲的購物中心與倫敦的機場，不過出現在運動場上倒是史上頭一遭，背後的促成者就是出身於巴西的球王比利。

Pavegen 磁磚下藏著齒輪，只要踏上磁磚就能推動發電機進而產生電力，這 200 片瓷磚能提供現場燈光 20% 的電力，其餘不足的電力則由附近工廠所鋪設的太陽能板供應，球王比利感動的表示，這是一種新的生活，新的未來，孩子們將能為自己發電，他相信這項技術未來能成為照亮城市的方式之一。

Pavegen 磁磚除了能為燈泡供電之外，還可以應用在無線通訊、行動裝置充電、街邊燈箱廣告等用途上，而且他非常聰明可以判別光線，將白天所收集到的電力儲存到晚上使用。Pavegen 磁磚也設計成可防水，即使裝設在戶外也不會因為雨水導致磁磚損壞，目前全球使用最久的 Pavegen 磁磚從 2010 年就安裝在英國的小學前，目前已蒐集到超過 4000 萬步，看來耐久性也是十分可期待。

藝術工作者沒勞健保　柯P：協助成立工會

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今公布新政見，包括協助籌組文藝總工會，處理藝文工作者勞健保問題，此外，徹查台北市閒置教室，在整修後至少提供1千個便宜的工作室，讓藝術駐校。柯也說，會將花博公園改造成新的文創育成園區，成為台北藝術團隊的夢工場，未來也將選擇適當地點，興建新美術館、動漫博物館。

柯文哲表示，目前藝文工作者大多為個人工作室，非正式組織或小公司，流動性大，在勞健保、退休制度都沒保障，成立藝術總工會可處理藝術工作者的勞健保，規劃退休制度，另也鼓勵藝文工作者成立專業組織，透過專業團體發聲，由下而上參與政府的文化政策。

另外，柯文哲指出，他將與各大學合作，在大學校園興建學生宿舍，一部份將指定為藝術家公寓；工作空間方面，推動藝術駐校、藝術駐村計畫，清查台北市閒置教室及公共空間，整修後至少提供1千個便宜的工作室，讓藝術家進到校園和社區；檢討目前文創園區的BOT合約，降低展場租金；最後是將花博園區改造成新的文創育成園區，未來並選擇適當地點，興建新美術館、動漫博物館。

柯文哲也說，會提升文化採購的質量，檢討採購與補助流程。（張博亭／台北報導）

胡潤百富榜公布　馬雲成中國首富

中國胡潤研究院今天發布2014年胡潤百富榜，阿里巴巴集團主席馬雲以1500億人民幣（約7381億台幣）身家首度奪下中國首富地位。

阿里巴巴日前剛於美國上市，50歲的馬雲出售部分個人持股，進帳262億台幣，也讓他擊敗前中國首富、身家1450億人民幣（約7137億台幣）的王健林（萬達集團董事長）。生產薄膜太陽能電池的漢能集團主席李河君，則是以1250億人民幣（6153億台幣）首次進入前三名。（大陸中心／綜合報導）

前男友又鬥毆 少時孝淵在場疑復合

少女時代成員孝淵22日過25歲生日，潔西卡、秀英在微博與Instagram上傳她的慶生派對合照及生日祝福；孝淵的作家前男友金俊衡（音譯），昨也傳出因涉入打架鬥毆事件，遭警方立案調查。

據《亞洲經濟》報導，21日凌晨金俊衡在首爾龍山區自家與友人開派對，結果與另一名喝醉男性友人發生紛爭，並演變為肢體衝突，警方接獲報案趕往現場，分別對兩人採取立案措施，將傳喚兩人進一步調查。警方人員還透露，孝淵當時也在場，孝淵與金俊衡今年４月打鬧上警局導致分手，她竟然在生日前夕，悄悄出席前男友的派對，粉絲質疑兩人是否復合；對此，孝淵所屬的SM娛樂尚未回應。
