店家名稱：溫州餛飩大王 消費時間：2014年9月 地址：高雄市三民區喜峰街95號（喜峰夜市） 價位：餛飩湯40元、麻醬麵30元 交通：高雄捷運「後驛站」轉乘高雄市公車 紅28於「熱河二街口站」下車步行前往 時間：15:00~23:30 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/203217877 -本文開始- 今天來介紹這家位於喜峰夜市中段的「溫州餛飩大王」，比起這個夜市其他的店，這家算 是比較知名，網路上也查得到，不過到現場倒也沒有說很多顧客，就一組一組稀稀疏疏的 客人，這個夜市的步調就是這樣吧！ 兼賣滷味是這家的特色，三五好友來此時也可以點來吃。 「麻醬麵」 首先來了碗麻醬麵，麻醬麵的份量不少，用的麵是扁的白麵，搭配一些青菜，醬汁則是在 底部，均勻攪拌混合之後便可食用。 雖然麵條多，但麻醬份量不多，且比較偏水，所以攪拌之後似乎沒有多大的改變，味道也 較清淡，如果醬汁能更濃一些就好了，整體來說，算是很能墊肚子的麵。 「餛飩湯」 餛飩湯一上桌就讓我蠻驚訝的，這家的餐點份量都好多，而且我第一次看到這種餛飩湯， 餛飩佔滿滿的，我反而看不到湯，餛飩每個也都蠻大顆的。 餛飩我想約有10顆左右，或許更多一些，肉餡飽滿，吃起來還蠻不錯的，湯頭則是一般的 清湯，我吃完了餛飩之後，發現湯剩不到三分之一，這種不會飄的餛飩真的令我印象深刻 。 餛飩近拍。 至於價格是多少呢？店內沒寫價格，老闆收了我70元，上網查了一下其他人介紹過的食記 ，發現餛飩湯只要40元，麻醬麵則是30元，都還蠻便宜的，尤其是餛飩湯，真的是便宜又 大碗，是很值得推薦的味道。 -- 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/203217877 -- 阿捷的打飯班 http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.174.82.170 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1411160128.A.21E.html
