標題[請益] 接手一個 AUSU P5Q-E 需添購硬碟

標題[問題] PFI電力40%左右自動關機

各位鄉民們好： 小弟的ASUS PFI剛過保半個月， (以出廠日算的話還在保內，但之前因觸控問題換了這隻新機， 若以舊機購買日來算已過保) 自從上週更新到最新版韌體， 一直沒太大問題， 但昨日(9/16)上午使用時(瀏覽網頁)， 在電力剩下40%左右時， 突然無預警關機， 要重新開機時， 不管長按電源鍵、電源鍵+音量鍵一起長按， 都無法開機， 等數分鐘插上行動電源後， 出現電池圖案充電中， 再長按電源鍵才順利開機。 原先以為上午是個案， 下午繼續使用時， 達到關鍵40%左右時， 又突然無預警關機了， 又以上午的方法重新開機。 再稍微充些電後， 隨即一直處於待機狀態， 傍晚正要使用時， 又來到40%這地帶了， 正當要打簡訊時， 又關機了！！！ 上述都是在外使用時的情形， 回到宿舍後立馬備份重要資料， 以為是軟體衝突所致， 便回復至出廠狀態測試， 當電力來到40%這邊時， 螢幕又黑了！又關機了！ 這下確定不是我安裝的軟體問題。 用Google查了一下， 在Mobile01論壇只有一位大大遇到跟我一樣的情形， 但他是在八月中發生的， 且無人回覆疑似是個案， 似乎跟上週更新的韌體關係不大， 請問版上的各位持有PFI的鄉民有遇到如此狀況嗎？ 看來又要跑一趟皇家了， 剛過保固不知是否可以爭取一下保內維修。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.170.18.84 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1410807837.A.4E0.html
