背景簡述:私立資管碩，軟體測試年資４年，女生。 版上的各位先進好，面試了一段時間，需要對目前的offer做個選擇，因工作內容有點不 太一樣，但自己都蠻有興趣的，想聽聽前輩們的意見。因用手機發文，並列式排版怕跑版 ，所以用條列呈現，請大家包含，謝謝歐～ 公司：訊真科技，電信商加值服務 職務：支援軟體開發配置工程，為軟體開發項目設計和制定計劃，研習新工具與解決方案 薪資：(N+５)*15, 福利不錯 心得：很尊重面試者的公司，可學習到之前較沒碰到的技術工具( Unix ,Mavan,ANT)，有 訓練教育課程，促進軟體開發流程改善也是QA的一環。 公司：資策會 創研所 職務：開發雲端服務相關應用程式與測試。 薪資：(N+5)*14，福利主管說不錯!?工時正常 心得：面試主管說是政府給的五年雲端計畫，因這個計畫剛開始做，初期著重在建置，後 期需對外輔導廠商帶專案。每一階段有不同的主題，這次是雲端，下次也許是 data mini ng 公司：泰金寶 智慧裝置DQA 職務：其實，真正與主管面試時間不到１５分，他說已把我之前的經歷和產品看過。主管 說主要在實驗中心做新產品，例如智慧３D列印之類，需要跟各領域的工程師合作，但對 詳細的產品內容說是機密。只說，我去了就會知道。 薪資：N*14.5左右，人資在電話中說了好長一大段，分紅用底薪算，有校車和午餐免費， 上下班時間無彈性，台廠福利。 心得：很直接乾脆也很有禮貌的主管，從言談之中，感覺會是個有挑戰性和有趣的工作!? 以往都在軟體界，跨足到消費性電子，要學的領域應該更多了! 以上三間，其實職務內容有點不太相同，我最感興趣的其實是泰金寶，很想揭開它神秘的 面紗...但，看到開的薪水和位在深坑真的會流淚。訊真應該可以學的蠻多的技術相關， 資策會我想就是穩定吧。因個人資歷還淺，在業界還不久，面對這樣的狀況，想請問各位 先進會如何考量與抉擇!?謝謝大家~~~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.244.35※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1409986132.A.35B.html
