租金:
100/per week 兩週繳租一次,押金兩週

護照影本登記管理和約定事項紀錄,保障居住品質及房客權益(沒有和房東同住的種種約束)

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北4日電）籌備超過3年的電影「寒蟬效應」將於10月24日全台上映 ，郭采潔為戲還冒生命危險在颱風天的海邊，勇敢迎接撲面而來的巨浪。 「寒蟬效應」為徐小明監製、王維明導演，集結徐若瑄、郭采潔、賈靜雯、戴立忍、周幼 婷、黃遠等多位演員。 故事內容是闡述多面貌愛情的震撼劇情片，郭采潔飾演來自台北的都會女孩白白，到純樸 的東部大學，沒想到意外身陷充滿爭議的正義漩渦。 除了濃厚的故事基礎，正式拍攝時更是令人驚心動魄，郭采潔為了「寒蟬效應」冒著生命 危險在颱風天的海邊勇敢迎接撲面而來的巨浪。 雖然劇組安排多名救生人員在現場準備，但她回憶起拍攝那天說，「其實我是一個非常怕 水的人，要我看著迎面而來的巨浪卻要保持平靜自然真的需要很大的勇氣，有一顆鏡頭眼 看浪就要撲上我的臉了，卻沒有聽到導演喊卡的聲音，那個瞬間真的很無助」。 另外電影中郭采潔和搭檔黃遠在片中還有一場在水中掙扎的戲份，拍攝當天風大浪急，郭 采潔和黃遠要迎著浪艱難走到水中，單薄的郭采潔更是幾次被浪直接拍倒在水裡，但她說 ，「雖然真的很很怕海，但我知道黃遠無論如何都會來救我，所以我就放心的往海裡撲」 。 也因在海邊拍攝，劇組更在現場準備烘乾機，黃遠與郭采潔的戲服濕了又乾，乾了又濕， 重複穿穿脫脫將近20多次，只為了呈現完美畫面。 新聞網址：http://ppt.cc/pfq8 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.12.92.27 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1409840612.A.AD4.html
