店家名稱：Neko_Cara 外帶專門店 消費時間：2014年8月 地址：高雄市前鎮區公正路181號 價位：100元左右 交通：高雄捷運「三多商圈站」轉乘高雄市公車 紅18路於「崗山仔站」下車 時間：11:00~13:00、17:00~20:00 電話：0978-958234 備註：每週一店休 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/185834638 -本文開始- 今天來到這家之前一直很想來的「Neko_Cara 外帶專門店」用餐，雖然說是用餐但其實是外帶，因為這邊是沒有內用的座位的，整間店就位於一個小小的路邊空間內，連隔間都不是很完全。 看到圖片也可以感受到這應該都是店家自己拍的，不過也真的多虧這些圖片和介紹，讓我們點單方便了許多。 菜單約有不到10種的料理可以選擇，都是以日式餐點為主，搭配沙拉、湯品等。另外還有一些單品可以選擇，價格以路邊攤來說其實不太便宜，每份餐點幾乎都要100元以上，在高雄也可以買兩個便當了吧！ 點完餐之後，店家表明要現做，所以需要等10分鐘以上，這點我之前也有做過功課了，所以便利用這些時間來觀察製作流程，整體來說還蠻費工的，主要是在主餐的烹調過程就花了許多時間。 我點的是照燒漢堡排，所以等待的時間幾乎都是在調製漢堡排，至於打飯、打湯和拿沙拉等配料，反到都是一瞬間的事。 「照燒漢堡排便當」 由於沒有內用座位，我又住很遠不可能帶回家吃，所以便在附近超商外找了個座位用餐。 這就是全部的料理了，很少見的包裝，除了另外裝的沙拉和湯，便當的主餐則是兩塊的小漢堡排，上頭覆蓋著一顆半熟蛋，旁邊還有一些菇類和玉米筍這樣。 飯給得非常多，我覺得很棒，因為這家的餐點真的很下飯。 尤其是我點的漢堡排，非常的入味，它還持續吸附著醬汁，漢堡排具有肉汁不乾澀，如果把蛋戳開讓蛋黃流出一起食用，味道也是很不錯的。 漢堡排近拍，雖然是小顆了些，但是真的好好吃。 沙拉和味噌湯則是普通了些，當然沙拉是蠻新鮮的，湯則稍嫌不夠味。 後記，第一次在這家外帶專門店的用餐經驗，我覺得是不錯的，他們還有很多特別的餐點可以選擇，下次也一定要再試看看。 不過還是好希望他們能有個位置吃飯，畢竟他們的餐點也蠻漂亮的，不現場拍照實在可惜呀！ -- 圖文網誌版：http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog/post/185834638 -- 阿捷的打飯班 http://ajaysblog.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.33.204.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1409544792.A.A5C.html
