而Signals除了可將已讀回條的機制，安裝在Google Chrome瀏覽器中，也可安裝在Outlook for Windows 、Apple Mail，雖然說Signals有提供免費的服務，但免費的版本只限每月200封的信件，若要增加追蹤信件的數量，除了可付費外，也可邀請朋友的方式來提升，而Signals與之前outlook已讀回條有個很大不同的地方就在於，當對方信件開啟時，並不會詢問對方是否要回傳，只要一開啟信件時，立即就會將已讀得訊息給傳回，因此有需要的朋友，也一塊來看看囉!
Signals已讀回條外掛：
外掛名稱：Signals by HubSpot 適用平台：Google Chrome 外掛語言：英文 安裝網址：Chrome商店
Step1 連入外掛頁面後，點一下免費再按新增。 Step2 當安裝完畢後，除了網址列後方，會出現一個Signals圖示外，同時也會出現一個登入畫面，這裡直接輸入Gmail的帳密。 Step3 再選擇Gmail。 Step4 接著再點下方的Send your first tracked email鈕。 Step5 由於第一次使用，Signals會提供一個測試的信箱， 讓使用者可測試整個運作的狀況，當要啟用「已讀信件」的機制時，只要將信件右下的Signals按鈕勾起來，就表示目前該信件為追蹤狀態。 Step6 當信件已被開啟時，可透過網址列後方的圖示，看到信件已被讀取的狀況，還真的挺方便的，因此有需要的朋友，也趕快來安裝一下囉!
