高齡92歲模範母親 戴廖水錦實至名歸

高齡92歲模範母親戴廖水錦，辛苦將七個子女拉拔長大，每位子女都事業有成，相當不容易。

這週日就是母親節了，汐止區公所將在本週六當天早上進行模範母親表揚，主辦活動的社會課表示，今年汐止區的模範母親中年紀最長的媽媽戴廖水錦女士，已高齡92歲，喪夫後她辛苦將七個子女拉拔長大，每位子女都事業有成，相當不容易。

住在汐止區建成里的戴廖水錦女士出生自雲林縣，丈夫年輕時就因工受傷，在家養傷期間經常對戴廖女士拳打腳踢，但戴廖女士卻忍著許多的痛苦，一直到丈夫往生，仍含辛茹苦的繼續把七個子女拉拔長大。

除了代表建成里外、辛苦了大半輩子的戴廖女士也獲得了汐止公所推薦，代表汐止區參與新北市全市模範母親表揚，而戴廖女士一生坎坷卻把家庭子女照顧得無微不至的形象，也正如同台灣所有偉大的母親一般，堪為社會典範。

今年汐止公所將在9號週六當天進行全區模範母親的表揚大會，公所廣邀汐止鄉親們在活動當天前來公所十一樓禮堂一起參與表揚大會。

三月聽到消息

韓國雪花秀要推出更能提亮的新款氣墊粉餅

就一直在觀望韓國的開箱文章

因為去年購買的 IOPE 剛好用完

而且對於中性肌（換季兩頰偏乾）的我

氣墊粉餅真的是一個打造光澤水潤肌的不二人選

尤其對想睡晚一點的上班族來說

真的非常需要一個粉底

一早起來, 隨意快速的拍一拍臉

就能呈現完美膚質（有那麼好康的事嗎）

這次 Sulwhasoo 的新款 Perfecting Cushion Brightening

出了舊款沒有的 17 號色號

看了許多韓國網誌試用品開箱

都是選擇黃底第一白的 17 號 Light Beige

（紅底第一白就是舊款的 13 號 Light Pink）

所以就馬上鎖定好試用看看新色

買了 60,000 韓幣 （兩蕊）

雪花秀摸起來的質感和 IOPE 舊款有點不像

Sulwhasoo 感覺比較密、比較黃

IOPE 摸起來很水潤、較白

用附贈的粉撲

壓大約半面的份量

按壓時, 也能感覺與 IOPE 的感覺不太一樣

似乎稍微綿密一點, 需要多壓幾下

不免俗的先附上一張素顏照

可以看到今天的氣色頗不好

兩頰會稍微泛紅

搽上保溼化妝水後, 臉頰稍微嫩一點

但眼週很明顯還是暗沉

因為想試試看雪花秀氣墊粉餅的幅貼度與遮暇度

所以就不擦任何妝前乳、遮暇膏修飾

就是從額頭開始

慢慢的朝鼻子>臉頰>眼周>其餘未拍打的部份

先拍上了臉的右半部

與左臉比對

遮暇度真的差很多!!!

近看下, 毛孔不會被粉底顯得太明顯

膚色其實是非常透亮的

而且臉頰的斑也稍微被遮掉了

肌膚膚色不均的地方

被修飾的滿好的

瞬間讓我燃起了起床 10 分鐘就可出門的希望

稍微拿遠一點看

在沒有開美肌的情況下（看那修眉毛後的明顯雜毛…）

更能比較差異

再拿遠一點

還是可以看得出兩邊的遮暇程度與光澤感

趕快把全臉都輕拍完

上圖的膚色是沒有開檯燈下

室內白光的正常膚色

這個光澤真的是符合的這款氣墊粉餅的名稱

” 完美提亮（致白）”

若你是乾肌或中性肌

在夏日可能會比較適合

因為在寫妝文的前幾週

天氣還在乾冷時

拍這款氣墊粉餅是會脫皮很明顯的阿….

曾一度冰了它兩個禮拜（好像不是很久）

當時還覺得很心痛, 畢竟價格很不便宜…

但到了近期又拿出來用

覺得春夏才是新款雪花秀氣墊粉底的季節!!

與對方會車擦撞，對方不出險，也不打算賠

前些日子開車途中，因道路狹小，使得雙方發生擦撞，本人與對方做完筆錄之後，雙

方得知都有保任意險，所以口頭上有互相允諾出險來理賠車輛損失，可是現在問題來

了，由於對方只有後保桿損傷，加上又是上了車齡且圍規改造的載小學生的得利

卡，而我是兩個車門凹陷加上銬漆撥落，兩邊的專員也看過肇責，是5:5的責任

現在對方不願意出險，我打電話也不接，要找他談也沒辦法請問我接下來要如何要求

對方負起責任(我已經出險要賠對方)，要是對方真的裝皮皮的，可以請求民事賠償嗎?
