[急問] 落水後, 螢幕這樣是什麼狀況? 還有救嗎?

朋友手機短暫泡水(水深5cm, 落下3秒內撈起) 撈起後馬上拔電池, 並吹乾整晚 隔日開機後測試功能都正常
唯獨螢幕有一半顏色稍亮
白色時尤其明顯
目前不敢一直用 1.
請問螢幕這是甚麼狀況??(內有水氣??)
2.
接下來如何比較好??
(送原廠可以要求拆解吹乾嗎?還是會直接叫你換機板??
還是送外面好??
還是拼了繼續用??) 謝謝!!

馬總統籲蔡英文面對暴力抗爭 不能迴避

總統馬英九今天說，希望民主進步黨主席蔡英文面對帶有暴力的抗爭行動，不能迴避、姑息、鄉愿，一定要正視面對。
馬總統29日晚間率團展開興誼專案，前往中美洲友邦巴拿馬參加新任總統就職典禮，這是馬總統任內第10次出訪，並將順訪另一友邦薩爾瓦多。國家安全會議秘書長金溥聰上任後，這次是首度陪同馬總統出訪。
談到日前大陸國台辦主任張志軍來台引發暴力抗爭事件，馬總統在專機上受訪時表示，他的基本看法是，台灣是民主多元的社會，集會遊行完全有自由，但絕對不能用暴力，且希望蔡英文面對這些帶有暴力的抗爭行動，不能迴避、不能姑息、不能鄉愿，一定要正視面對。
他表示，台灣給人的印象，一向是非常正面，不要在這些屬於意見表達層次的活動上帶進暴力，「這絕對不是台灣的民主應該有的面貌」。
媒體詢問有關警方的執法是否過當？總統說，以他的瞭解，在高雄的部分，後來看到警方也表示歉意。馬總統指出，「實際上，陸委會很清楚的告訴大家，哪些地方比較合適，不過高雄還是決定選擇一個後來發生問題的地方」。
