潑漆事件 高市警坦承維安有失

中國大陸國台辦主任張志軍昨天參訪高雄時險遭潑漆，高雄市警方今天坦承維安部署有空隙，將檢討改進。
高雄市警察局說，17日接獲警政署張志軍昨天要來高雄的行程，即結合陸委會、海基會、高市府及國安等單位積極展開維安勤務規劃。
市警局表示，維安警力規劃以「低調部署，隱而不顯」為原則，規劃常態部署腹案總計566人，後來根據情資，彈性機動調整勤務規劃，重點處所增派警力。
市警局指出，24日參加市府研討參訪維護相關事宜，發現市府簡報資料未列西子灣沙灘會館茶敘行程，於會中提出報告，隨即規劃162名部署警力，昨天上午再針對最新情資增派警力至378人。
