Prague:令人驚豔的牛排-Cestr 圖文網誌http://hoho20822.pixnet.net/blog/post/105460652 這家餐廳Cestr位於布拉格新城區的國家博物館新館後方一樓, 極不顯眼的地理位置很容易被忽視掉,Cestr的用餐人潮卻是洶湧, 而布置格局非常獨特,白藍色的琉璃瓦頂與田園式風格擺設, 特別是那張原木貼皮的桌子,讓人看一眼就很難忘記。 我們也是隨意點開Tripadvisor來搜尋,為什麼選擇它? 因為它離我們的住宿飯店最近了....而且擁有高度評價, tripadvisor大家都推薦Cestr。以下為TRIPADSIOR的評價: http://www.tripadvisor.com.tw/Restaurant_Review-g274707-d2092764-Reviews-Cestr -Prague_Bohemia.html 餐前麵包 點完菜後,上第一道之前通常都會提供好吃到爆炸的歐式麵包, 來餵飽客人,若無法認受飢餓,就會不自覺吃了起來, 然而這些麵包卻是要收費而非免費招待,為了我們六道肉肉肉魚肉肉, 只好視而不見,但還是手賤吃了沾肉汁的烤麵包,好吃^^。 啤酒 Creme Urquell 0,5L 49 CZK Sweet 0,3L 39CZK 捷克這國家厲害的就是啤酒,每次去用餐都必點啤酒, 因為這是裡面最便宜的飲料,0.5公升只要49CZK, 解渴解膩又可以喝到飽,一點都不苦澀,泡沫非常的滑順好入口。 第一道菜的對決 Talián home-made beef and pork sausage boiled in beef broth, horseradish foam 168 CZK 手工牛肉、豬肉香腸,價格是168 CZK,用牛肉湯來烹煮,配上辣根(類似西洋的芥末) 打成的泡沫,咬下去瞬間香腸肉與高湯有著合二為一的濃郁味道, 沾著細緻微辣的辣根泡沫,瞬間讓味蕾跳脫了油膩的感受,一口接著一口。 Baked escargots Czech escargots boiled with vegetables, baked in champignons 165 CZK 捷克式烤田螺,價格是165 CZK,炙熱小鐵盤上裝承著滋滋作響的烤田螺, 起士、麵團、菇蕈與蔬菜一起焗烤,最後在灑上提味的香菜, 類似台灣章魚燒的作法,吃下來總感覺沒有吃到田螺。 第二道菜的對決 Spare Ribs coverd roasted for 16 hours withred wine 235CZK 紅酒燉牛肉,菜單上的寫著需要燉煮16小時,價格是235CZk, 是一道需要花費時間的菜餚,酥焦的外皮包覆著裏頭軟嫩的肉質, 雙層口感的組合,與紅酒已經全部融為一體,確實好吃! Trout fillets roast on butter with red bell peppers, courgettes and thyme 315 CZK 奶油烤鱒魚片與蘆筍片,價位是315 CZK,水煮白蘆筍搭配紅蔥醋汁, 因為捷克是內陸國家完全不靠海,魚類相對較於肉類會比較昂貴, 但這道菜吃起來就普普,可能是這邊是專門賣肉的餐廳。 牛排登場 Tenderloin (19) the most tender part of beef (125 g) 288CZK Oyster Blade (9) small slice with short fiber (125 g) 255CZK 接下來是125g的牛排,用木頭爐窯來燒烤,外皮總是烤著酥脆,飄著淡淡木頭香氣, 點了一份 medium與一份 medium well,印象中應該點比較貴的部位, 當地牧場直營的捷克牛,味道與口感狂勝平常吃的美國牛或是澳洲牛! 五分熟的牛排,血與肉的比例更是剛剛好,一點都不腥~!! 最後的side dishes,用裝滿一個桶子的炸薯條,這真是最後一擊啊!! 後記 點了二份三道式的餐點與兩杯捷克啤酒, 包含first course, roast (150 g) and steak (125 g) with side dishes, 這樣比起單點會更加划算,事實證明決策是正確的,約1,284CZK,折合台幣約1,900元, 若是單點的話可能上看1,600CZK,就可以換到飽到翻掉與美味的夜晚, 這家真的好吃,下次有機會來布拉格必定列入名單中的第一順位, 根本是肉食主義的天堂餐廳阿! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.115.41.18※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Ind-travel/M.1403455215.A.AEB.html
