工作騙局篇- 如何是好?

以下是常見的工作陷阱!

1. 綑綁式住宿

通常工頭會限定員工必須入住指定的宿舍,普遍的是Share house.

騙局會以有穩定工作為開始,再收取押金,但實際情況會有很大出入,工時不足,或根本沒有工作.由於押金關係,受害者會被迫留下,繼續交租.筆者建議盡量少去這樣的綑綁式住宿,更應避免付押金,可以用沒有足夠現金為藉口,問問附近的背包客,打探情況,再作決定!

2. 充黑工當白工

白工通常以轉賬或支票發薪,僱主會主動要求TFN和出薪水單. 但騙徒會以任何藉口推卻任何必要的正當程序,發問及在發現黑心工頭篇的澳洲三大機構是對付他們的好辦法!
