本報訊

（中央社安卡拉29日綜合外電報導）土耳其憲法法庭今天裁定，當局全面封鎖影音網站YouTube，侵害了憲法保障的表達自由權。這項判決將讓這個受歡迎的社群媒體重獲開放，令總理艾爾段再受打擊。

YouTube自3月27日就在土耳其遭查禁，原因是有人利用這個網站散播錄音檔，而其中內容據稱顯示高層政府、軍方和情報官員會商，討論可能在敘利亞採取的軍事行動。

總理艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）辦公室官員告訴法新社，憲法法庭是在受理個人以遭侵權為由提出的申訴案件後，作出這項裁定。

YouTube和另一社群媒體推特（Twitter）都曾出現語音檔案，據稱內容揭露了艾爾段政府核心成員的貪腐行為，這兩個網站因而雙雙遭到封鎖。

對推特的封鎖已於4月解除。土耳其當局迄今仍不理會下層法院命令，維持對YouTube的禁令，理由是網站尚未移除違法的內容。(中央社)

本報訊

旅遊網站飯店網以各城市總匯三明治價格，做為各國旅遊物價指數參考，在28個城市中，台灣的總匯三明治指數排名第5低。

飯店網（Hotel.com）指出，總匯三明治是全球各飯店與餐廳菜單中，最常見，也最經典的菜色；對於旅遊者而言，也是最容易點用的食物，透過總匯三明治指數，可以讓旅遊者了解各國的物價情況，更容易安排旅遊計畫。

今年飯店網在全球28座城市，選擇了三星級以上飯店，一共調查了840家飯店，排名出今年的總匯三明治指數。

台北去年才被飯店網列入總匯三明治指數的調查範圍，去年在28個城市中，台北市以平均11.37美元名列第26名，只有印度的新德里及墨西哥的墨西哥市比台北市便宜；不過受到物價上漲的影響，今年台北市的總匯三明治指數已經上揚到平均12.41美元，在所有28個城市中，名列第24名。

總匯三明治指數最低的仍是印度新德里，今年只有平均8.78美元的水準，比去年的9.11美元還要再下滑；墨西哥市以9.78美元同樣名列第2；阿根廷的布宜諾斯艾利斯與泰國曼谷則分列3、4名。

在這項調查中，總匯三明治指數最高的是瑞士日內瓦，平均高達32.6美元，法國巴黎以29.36美元居次，芬蘭赫爾辛基則以24.35美元名列第3。

如果以美國境內城市相比，總匯三明治指數最高的是紐約，高達17.99美元，但在28個國際城市的比較中，只能算中間價位，舊金山也要15.44美元，華盛頓15.18美元，最便宜的則是奧蘭多，只要10.68美元。(中央社)

上星期週末，我去山上被小黑蚊叮咬
雙腿總共被叮了30幾個包 ......
那些被蚊子叮的包又腫又紅又大
實在是無法忍受的癢到不行，結果"我抓了"
很怕會留疤 有什麼辦法能夠不要留疤嗎?
被小黑蚊叮 可以去看皮膚科嗎?
看完皮膚科是不是就比較不會留疤?
還是被蚊子叮而已，就去看醫生是否很瞎!?

夏天到了，想找醫美品牌的清爽保濕精華

最近天氣變得好熱!夏天感覺真的要到了
我本身是敏感肌膚質 用的保養品主要都是醫美品牌
之前冬天用的保濕已經有點太厚重了
所以想找比較適合夏天可以用的清爽保養品

平常有在用薇姿的噴霧溫泉水
感覺成分很溫和保濕!!
所以保濕精華感覺薇姿的也不錯
上周末有去小屈逛逛

今天下午幫妹妹升級電腦 買了 新 主機板 電源供應器 CPU 沿用舊的 硬碟 光碟機 記憶體 當都裝好之後 插電 >> 按起開機鈕 ...沒反應 ....沒反應 ....沒反應 針腳都有接好呀 ... 拔起來 重插針腳.. 再按起開機鈕... 還是..沒反應...沒反應 我的天阿..當下就測 POWER 把上排4,5孔 短路, POWER 風扇運轉起來..有運作 在把 主機板上的 水銀電池 拔起 再從裝回去 之後再按起開機鈕..還是沒反應 我拿的是 技嘉 B85M-D3H 這張 板子上沒有看到 LED 通電指示燈 ... 排除剛剛的問題 應該是 主機板 新品不良 不通電了嗎~~? 煩請板上大大幫我解答一下~~謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.2.127 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1401388979.A.472.html
