老農津貼復議案未過 將朝野協商

農會資格不應與農保資格牽扯

立法院今天審查老農津貼暫行條例修正草案復議案，復議案在上午衛環、內政、經濟3委員會聯席審查已經被否決，接下來將進入黨政協商，才有機會排入立院臨時會。
農委會主委陳保基今天在經濟委員會表示，非常感謝立委加速審理老農津貼等重要法案，老農津貼修正案通過，可讓農會會員和農保資格不再牽扯，讓公權力介入審查農保資格；同時，未來農委會也擬規劃讓農保納入年金制度，也因此投保多者領得更多，真正照顧實際長期從農的農民，也吸引新農加入。

小弟因為預算因素 現在沒辦法整台電腦換新的 可是LOL特效全關FPS有時候還是會只有1X-2X 以下是電腦目前配備 CPU AMD Athlom(tm) 7750 Dual-Core 2.7G ram 2g DDR2 667 顯卡 Nvedia 8600GT 256M OS還在XP 沒有更新WIN7 POWER是450W的 這台6年了 中間有換過CPU 想請問各位大大 不要求特效要開多高 只需要全關不會LAG 但想要這次買的零件，以後組新電腦還是可以繼續使用 想說換張顯卡可不可以解決問題 所以想請問各位大大，如果買GTX660來用 可以相容嗎?? 4G吉祥門號 黃牛搶先撈

4G開台倒數，包括中華電信、遠傳等4家業者已取得「0903」、「0905」等各100萬支4G新門號配發，預計下月中釋出第一批到各門市及官網上待選，但傳出已有不少門號黃牛私下透過管道「撈號」，將尾數「88」、「168」或「連號」次級黃金門號撈走，再上網拍賣賺價差。至於「090-8888888」這類連7的「七星」黃金門號，未來競標價估計在200萬元以上。
這波4G新門號包括「0905」（中華電）、「0903」（遠傳）、「0908」（台灣之星）與「0909」（台灣大），每家業者都各拿100萬支。如同3G開放時一樣，看準黃金門號賺價差的「門號黃牛」，已摩拳擦掌蓄勢待發。
從事門號競標轉售近20年的陳先生，目前手上就握有逾900支特殊門號，就連行情價百萬元起跳的「888-888」尾碼門號，他也有好幾支。
他指出，此波新配發的4G門號，有機會再度創下數百萬元天價的是「888-888」、「999-999」及「168-168」等這種6連號尾碼或吉祥數字。另個手上有不少「連星」碼的賣家小張也預期，未來業者若釋出「090-9999999」及「090-8888888」這類連7的「七星」黃金門號，200萬元的競標價是非常可期的。
陳先生強調，想搶黃金門號是要預先做功課的，尤其在目前已流通的3G門號幾近飽和之際，未來可釋出的漂亮號碼會愈來愈少，基本上如尾數「888-888」、「999-999」或「168-168」、「123-456」等門號，市場行情至少百萬元起跳。
以某專門轉售各家黃金門號網站為例，1支目前正待售的「09X-1234567」門號開價123萬4567元，其它末7碼、6碼數字相同的「七星」、「六星」門號，開價也從15萬至近60萬元不等。
他說，門號要創天價，須看字首漂不漂亮，例如在國內電信業界史上，登記有案的天價黃金門號，是中華電在2007年11月，拍賣「0988-888-888」創下的630萬元，但此萬中選一的帝王號，不會再有第2支，只能等原所有者再釋出。

索尼和東方明珠合資 登陸推PS

中央社 – （中央社台北26日電）彭博報導，索尼（Sony Corp.）同意和上海東方明珠集團成立2家合資公司，在中國大陸生產並銷售電玩主機PlayStation。
根據今天在上海證交所發布的公告，索尼將在其中一家合資企業持股70%，另一家持股49%。新聞稿中並未透露，索尼將在大陸推出哪款PlayStation。
在索尼和上海東方明珠宣布合資前。微軟公司（Microsoft Corp. ）和TCL多媒體科技公司（）已在大陸成立合資企業，銷售電玩硬體。
大陸當局今年1月政策大轉彎，解除全國性電玩禁令。大陸政府在2000年祭出電玩禁令，以保護青少年不受敗壞風氣影響。
根據資誠公司（PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP），大陸電玩產業明年將創造約100億美元營收。微軟去年9月和上海東方傳媒集團旗下百視通新媒體公司（CH-600637）成立規模7900萬美元的合資企業。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1030526
