公車上勸架 正義哥擋刀護婦

55歲蔡姓婦人12日傍晚5時許，搭乘公車要到大甲，在公車上與65歲謝姓男子發生爭執；謝男揮刀作勢要刺蔡婦，還在公車上追打她。年僅16歲的沙鹿高工學生白祐逞（見圖，趙麗妍攝）見狀，不顧自身安危上前勸架，頭部還因此吃了謝男一記重拳；翌日，白祐逞見義勇為的事蹟傳遍校園，同學直呼「正義哥！」

白說，蔡婦在沙鹿上車後，先將手上包包放在謝男旁邊空位，接著到前面刷完卡，再拿回東西轉身要到後方的座椅坐下。謝男此時卻無緣故指著蔡婦大罵「破X」、「X你娘」，連珠炮的怒罵也激怒蔡婦，兩人一陣口角後，蔡婦大吼「我有刀喔！」想嚇唬謝男讓他安靜。

未料，此舉惹惱謝男，他自口袋掏出一把瑞士刀，在空中揮舞大喊「我刺死你！」嚇壞車上乘客；白祐逞見狀趕忙出手制止，謝男才收起刀子。幾分鐘後，謝男又走到蔡婦面前，亂拳如雨下，蔡婦急忙逃往後座。

白祐逞再度挺身而出，上前欲分開兩人。未料，謝男一記重拳揮來，白左額中招，眼鏡都飛了出去，但他仍不退縮，還是上前將謝男拉開，避免蔡婦再度受傷。他說「幫人幫到底，在車上這樣鬧也不是辦法。」

其他乘客趕忙打電話報警，公車司機也將車子停下等待警方前來處理；過程中，謝男不斷嚷著「我要下車！」警方隨後趕到才停止紛爭。警方事後調查，謝男領有精障手冊，早已是派出所常客，但無故挨揍的蔡婦仍然堅持提告，警方依傷害罪將謝男函送法辦。

號召「路過」桃機 男子遭約談

〔自由時報記者姚介修、余瑞仁／綜合報導〕日前曾經在網路上發表要號召群眾「路過桃園機場」癱瘓機場新戰術的林姓男子，前晚返國時馬上遭到航警約談，警方隨後將他移送桃園地檢署，檢方訊後表示，林只是發表網路言論，未構成具體事實，且罪行非重，諭令以五千元交保。

在澳洲打工的三十歲林姓男子在警方約談時表示，他當時人在澳洲，只是和朋友在閒聊、討論，完全沒有要煽動群眾的意圖，他也願意主動向檢察官說明，警方除了在訊後將他移送檢方外，同時也在追查另一名涉案可疑男子。

林男之前在網路上討論號召群眾直接「路過桃園機場」，可以造成最好的「效果」之後，就立即遭到航警局以涉嫌刑法第一百三十五條，煽惑他人犯罪或違背法令罪嫌列管鎖定，航警追查後鎖定兩名嫌犯，他是其中一名男子。

女星劉香慈與永信藥品李姓小開傳出熱戀消息，周刊日前爆料愛女心切的劉媽媽也難得點頭同意，並視他為未來女婿，而劉香慈也在男友一句玩笑話刺激下，努力剷除12公斤肥油，她自PO瘦身廣告影片，更事先警告：「廣告出來嚕！嚇死你們~」上週母親節她也分享小時候的洗澡照，模樣可愛。

劉香慈過去因戲被封「最美士官長」，但她年初現身屏東墾丁國小運動時，一身肥肉讓路人傻眼，她對於外界批評聲耿耿於懷，加上藥品小開男友說：「妳胖胖得也很可愛。」竟意外激起她的好勝心，積極除油並接下瘦身代言，昨晚間11點多，她在微博歡喜公開廣告連結，短短32秒的影片，一點開就能看到她在鏡子前擠出超油「鮪魚肚」。

為了分享瘦身成功的喜悅，她隨手附上倒立泳裝照，D級深溝加修長美腿，再現火辣水蛇腰，令人看完直噴鼻血。前幾天正逢溫馨母親節，她也難得貼出媽媽幫姐妹倆洗澡舊照，寫下：「她是我最佩服、敬重的女士。在她如花般的年紀省下治裝費、她沒有買過貴重的珠寶，但是對我們的教育費和才藝從來沒有省過。」除了孝心動人，也證明自己從小就是個美人胚子。

　剛剛在外面用蝴蝶S拍照的時候，手機出現＂您的手機已經開啟Ｅ？？ （很快消失看不清楚）自動登入功能，若要更改請至設定．．． 　由於顯示很快就消失，所以記得不是很清楚，請問這是什麼意思呢？ 跟ＷＩＦＩ有關嗎？（我從家裡出門忘了關ＷＩＦＩ切換至３Ｇ）。 　因為之前已經出現過幾次，但都不清楚哪什麼意思。 　我記得剛剛我看的時候ＷＩＦＩ好像有自動連上CHT Wi-Fi Auto，可 是那不是要事先設定嗎？我之前好像有設定過，但最近重置後應該沒有 再設定過。 　有版友可以解惑嗎？感激不盡。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.184.185.123 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1400028627.A.685.html

只有遠傳！沒有據理！ 爛公司！不在話下。舉一個遠傳我親身接觸的經驗，原本手機上網使用200月租費，想要 改為無限上網，也就是所謂的吃到飽，費率是775每月。 遠傳跟你說，依照他們的契約規定，若是在月中作費率變更，那要分割按使用比例分攤計 費，好！這很合理啊。但接著他說，原本你使用1G每月流量，也要按照平均每日流量作分 攤，好，這也合理。 接下來他說，假若分帳日是５號，到了１３日要作費率變更，５～１３總共９天，這９天 的累積分攤流量是331MB（1024+80分配給30天，1024是1G優惠方案給的，80是200型的基 本流量），若是超過這個流量，1M你要付6.6元給遠傳，上限至1500元。 假若我在６號才轉換費率為吃到飽，但是我在５號使用網路流量已經到了1104MB好了，這 樣這個月相當無限上網的實質，但我要付給遠傳將近1500+775=2275元，這樣像話嗎！ 遠傳這家公司對使用戶是這樣的違反法律比例原則的錙銖必較，已近似刻薄，不是一個爛 字可以表達的，試問是否可以找消保官去關切，這樣莫名其妙的pricing+charging（定價 與取價），有違公平交易的精神！ 爛遠傳！其爛有自！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.13.23.96 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1400029148.A.AAC.html

8268111d52e1ed1e246a16dd78ced048 Windows XP已經在4月8日停止更新，微軟一直以來希望用戶更換新版本的Windows操作系統。不過微軟說服用戶的難度又將增加：微軟日前發布了兩年一度的《安全報告》（Security Intelligence Report ） ，報告顯示，在安全性能上，Windows Vista和Windows 7比Windows XP更易受到攻擊。

根據這份報告，搭載Windows XP 的電腦受到病毒感染的機率為2.42%，低於Windows Vista 的3.24%，以及Windows 7 的2.59%。Windows 8 和Windows 8.1 的感染率低於以上三者，分別為1.73% 和0.08%。

這一結果令人感到意外，尤其是這份報告的數據是直接由「微軟惡意軟體保護引擎（Malware Protection Engine）」提供，這樣的結果必然會對 Windows 升級計劃造成障礙。

報告中提及的其他要點包括：Windows XP 依然有25% 的市場佔有率，Windows 7 為50%，Windows 8 為10%；這項研究在去年7 月至12 月期間進行，也就是當時Windows XP 仍能得到微軟的安全升級支援。
