民眾請改走玉穗農路

〔自由時報記者陳祐誠／高雄報導〕今年首波梅雨到來，高雄山區昨日凌晨起降下大雨，桃源區荖濃溪水暴漲，台廿線勤和至復興河床便道遭淹沒，上午八時宣布預警性封閉；公路總局第三區養護工程處緊急搶修玉穗農路，呼籲上、下山民眾以此當替代道路。

鋒面夾帶大雨到來，原本累積雨量一百五十毫米才會封閉的溪底便道，因雨勢來得太急，荖濃溪水幾乎要淹過便道，三工處昨天上午宣布勤和至復興便道預防性封路，下午四時左右搶通玉穗農路，由此做為進出桃源的替代道路。

至昨日傍晚，桃源山區雨勢仍未停歇，原預計下午展開的搶修作業也宣告取消。區長陳海雲表示，約三百公尺長的便道遭沖毀，目前有多組機具及人員在現場待命，等雨勢停緩，便能繼續動工搶修。

三工處甲仙工務段長林國祥指出，他們預估要到十號才能將便道修復完畢，若情況順利，最快明天展開作業，但根據氣象局的預報，鋒面會影響山區至本週五，工程進度還得看老天臉色。

8d97281012009daa89b18dc612bbcc8c 自1997年起於日本漫畫雜誌《週刊少年Jump》連載至今的《ONE PIECE》航海王（海賊王），度過了17個年頭，這次由作者尾田栄一郎監制的ONE PIECE展，首度於海外展出，並選擇台灣做為展覽首站，即將在7月1日的華山1914文創園區豋場，讓大家親身體驗航海王一行人的精采冒險。

在世界各地都有著許多粉絲的《ONE PIECE》航海王是大家童年時光裡的重要回憶，也一路陪伴粉絲們成長，而日本為了紀念漫畫連載15週年而策劃的「ONE PIECE展」，於2012年起在東京、大阪兩地已創下超過80萬人次的參觀記錄。

此次由集英社、時藝多媒體、東映動畫、ADK及東立出版社共同主辦的「尾田栄一郎監修ONE PIECE展《原画X映像X体感 航海王 台灣》」，將於7月1日在華山1914文創園區登場！主辦單位選在5月5日舉辦開展記者會其實是有特殊意義的，因為這天正是魯夫的生日！

記者會上，日本人氣漫畫雜誌《週刊少年JUMP》的總編輯瓶子吉久表示，台灣是「ONE PIECE展」的日本海外首站，展覽將延續日本的策展精神，完整並原汁原味地重現在日本展出的ONE PIECE冒險世界，也將首度曝光全新展區「多雷斯羅薩的『光明與黑暗』」，算是給台灣粉絲的一項超級福利。

此展區設計以多佛朗明哥所支配的王國「多雷斯羅薩」為創作發想，繁華的多雷斯羅薩王國裡，潛藏著被黑暗埋藏的過去，與遺留下通往未來的一線光明。而尾田栄一郎為了台灣展更是親繪了一幅『台灣ONE PIECE展』主視覺原畫，畫中草帽魯夫一行人穿著花襯衫，享受台灣本地特有的美食和水果，也展現出濃濃的台灣味。

展覽內容以原画、映像、体感為三大元素，共分為十一個展區，其中，「冒險全景大劇場」，讓參觀者重新體驗魯夫一行人在「偉大的航路」上的種種冒險，並透過合成影像技術，呈現共15公尺寬的無接痕影像；「『ONE PIECE~航海王~』誕生之處」，則重現經過嚴格挑選的原畫、黑白原稿和作者尾田栄一郎的辦公桌，並播放繪製彩色原稿的記錄影片，見證漫畫《ONE PIECE~航海王~》誕生的瞬間。

國道3號火燒車　北上33公里車流擁塞

今晨7時許，國道三號北上33公里處中和隧道內，發生一起火燒車意外，警消獲報後已趕往搶救，目前該路段車流雍塞，請用路人行經該處小心駕駛，如尚未抵達的用路人請提前改道。

國道警察初步調查，該部轎車疑似車內電線短路後起火燃燒，駕駛自述，當時車輛正在行使當中，突然發現方向盤左下角處有煙冒出，他趕緊將車停至路肩，下車沒多久，車子隨即起火燃燒，所幸駕駛及時脫離，沒有受傷。（突發中心／台北報導）

本報訊

力麒建設與中國北京控股集團公司今早將舉行策略聯盟簽約儀式，雙方共同拓展兩岸環保水資源、飯店及房地產等市場，在兩大集團的優勢合作下，共創雙贏商機。

力麒表示，去年 11 月力麒已與北控集團旗下成員京泰發展、北控水務，共同簽訂策略聯盟合作意向書，藉由北控集團的平台，力麒將有機會參與中國的水資源公共工程市場，並導入地產、飯店等事業佈局，擴大力麒集團的營運視野及版圖。

力麒董事長郭淑珍定位今年為力麒建設的海外佈局轉型年，除了與北控集團的合作規劃持續有階段性的進展外，另外將伺機跨足中國的污水處理市場與飯店的經營管理，目前已有北京市區級地方政府釋出委託經營管理飯店的合作意願，雙方正積極評估中。

力麒指出，子公司鶴京企業持有的山林水環境工程公司整合集團的水資源相關工程，包括高雄市楠梓與宜蘭羅東污水下水道系統工程，今年上半年完成北控集團資金入股，京泰發展與北控水務合計持股約 3成，雙方將合作拓展台灣的水務工程市場。

除了水務工程外，京泰發展對於力麒目前營運中以及建設規劃中的五星級飯店日月潭大館，以及宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館也都有投資意願，未來雙方有機會進一步擴展合作事業。

郭淑珍強調，力麒建設近年積極拓展非營建事業，陸續跨足商旅飯店、水務工程、纜車等觀光旅遊、綠色環保及公共工程等，成功跳脫單一事業框架，且多角化佈局的效益正逐漸顯現，未來透過與北控集團的合作，力麒的營運觸角將再延伸至中國大陸，成為一個全方位發展的企業集團。 1030506
