黃金期貨周四連續第二天上漲，並創一周收盤高點。烏克蘭與俄羅斯的緊張升高，提升了黃金的避險吸引力。

美國今日公布3月耐久財訂單較預期強勁，顯示經濟成長加速，預期聯準會(Fed)將持續減碼購債計劃，對黃金屬利空。但烏克蘭的發展抵銷了該利空。

紐約6月黃金上漲6美元，或0.5%，收於每盎司1290.60美元。

分析師說，由於烏克蘭局勢惡化，預期未來幾周，黃金持續有避險需求，價格將進一步走高。

俄羅斯計劃於烏克蘭邊界進行軍事演習，消息傳出時，黃金價格低於1280美元。

分析師說，投資人認真看待這項威脅，市場氣氛立刻改變。如果俄羅斯的計劃實施，預期股市將進一步大幅下挫。黃金將為最大受益者，預期很快將突破1300美元。

周四早場，投資人焦點在美國經濟數據。美國上周初次申請失業金人數上升至4月以來高點，但3月耐久財訂單上升2.6%，創四個月來最大升幅。

其他金屬亦收高。5月白銀上漲25美分，或1.3%，收於每盎司19.69美元。5月銅上漲6美分，或2%，至每磅3.12美元。

7月白金上漲5.70美元，或0.4%，至每盎司1409.60美元。6月鈀金上漲16.30美元，或2.1%，至每盎司802.30美元。

白金類金屬近來下跌，南非罷工接近尾聲，為利空。但因供給不足已進入第三年，價格可望持續走高。

可是樓上有租人 套房式的 有四樓而我在一樓
我有在彈吉他
因為我半工半讀的時間關西 我有空彈的時候 樓上可能在休息
而且隔壁可能也會聽到
我因該要怎麼做呢?
