露營裝備想減量？先從「吃火鍋」開始

去年夏天，朋友提議假日烤肉，朋友知道我喜歡露營，一致認定我是烤肉專家，也認為露營的人一定很喜歡也很會烤肉，當下百口莫辯，大伙鼓掌通過，熱鬧同意，並迅速決定指派我為活動主辦人，不掃大家的熱情，我只好點頭答應，事後圓滿成功，相約下次再來。
不知何時，小時候賞月吃餅，現在是賞月烤肉，何時轉變的，這早已難考，不過露營兼拷肉，或許是我們的老祖先開始會用第一把火，烤第一片肉，嚐到那誘人的滋味後，就已根深柢固的印記在我們的腦袋中了。
也是，在露營的活動中，大大小小圍在一起烤肉的場景還真是常見，在營燈炭火的薰陶下，露營烤肉似乎是很吸引人的休閒活動，不過如果露營都想到烤肉，那一年下來累積的次數也十分可觀，烤肉過程中的高溫，高油，高鹽，再加上酒水的助興，不知道你有沒有想過，這樣一次次的在身體裡堆積的油鹽，也真的是一種健康的負擔。
我是怕麻煩的人，所以在露營中的飲食料理十分簡單，我並不會準備需要花費很多時間來烹調的餐點到營地料理，打開加熱，一鍋到底是我最喜歡的選擇，即食的料理，簡單的火鍋，是我的最愛，這有許多好處，因為餐飲料理的簡單，所以烹調裝備也就無需多樣的準備，在裝備的準備也變得簡單了許多。
輕、露營，是我自己喜愛的露營方式，在裝備上，在飲食上以及在身體的負擔上，過多的裝備讓自己耗費太多的時間在準備及收拾上，太複雜的飲食料理準備，也會耗佔了許多悠閒的時光，太高油鹽的烤肉則是敬謝不敏。
晚上，我也習慣的會生起一盆炭火，但不烤肉，冬季時，溫手取暖，還可烤些栗子，夏天就購些乾果仁，烤些核果，在沁涼的山風裡，輕、露營。
