礁溪鄉公有立體停車場惹爭議

〔自由時報記者王揚宇／礁溪報導〕礁溪鄉公有立體停車場特殊鐵鏽色外牆被視為藝術創作，但牆面卻被掛上廣告招租帆布；設計者甘銘源說，城市行銷意象變成商品行銷，實在是「太沒格調」；鄉公所則認為，若廣告物使停車場更明顯，不妨可嘗試看看，但設計上要有藝術感及整體規劃。

民意兩極 公所︰設計要考量外觀

鄉公所花一億八千萬元蓋該停車場，是地下一樓、地上六樓的建築，具有停車場與綜合商場功能，民國一○一年啟用，去年由台灣聯通公司取得經營權。

停車場外牆以鐵鏽色「耐候鋼」裝飾，原創者甘銘源說，要用建築凸顯礁溪特色，原色為灰色的四稜砂岩，在河流中被溫泉水鐵質包覆呈咖啡（鐵鏽）色，這是礁溪的特色，才選用會鏽蝕的「耐候鋼」，作為停車場外觀的材質，但主體不受影響。

只是，最近外牆被掛起廣告招租帆布，對於該不該掛廣告，民眾分為兩派，有人認為鐵鏽色牆面感覺老舊很不牢固，掛上廣告或可為停車場帶來新生命（色彩）。但也有人認為，這是藝術創作，掛上廣告抹煞創意與特色，對設計者不尊重，試想，如果蘭陽博物館外牆被廣告「佔領」，還有它的藝術性嗎？

甘銘源無奈地說，設計的牆面是要做城市行銷，公所在招租時，沒意識到建築物牆面有其代表性，以後若掛滿廣告變成商品行銷，實在是「太沒格調了」，適當與否請鄉親和旅客自行判斷，看是要一個價值？還是價格。

礁溪鄉長林錫忠說，民眾對外牆樣貌看法兩極，他希望廣告物設計能考量整體外觀，做好看一點，提升停車場曝光度，這也是行銷方式。廣告業者黃博鈞說，他無法決定廣告物內容，但廣告帆布外圍統一採用牡丹花圖樣呈現美感，預計繫掛在牆面正中央，非整個牆面。

環保局長陳登欽說，該帆布設置位置與方式都符合廢棄物清理法規定，若疏於管理維護，例如髒污掉落，可處一千兩百元至六千元罰鍰。

我想知道手機改機的功用，例如PSP改機可以抓免費遊戲等等，手機不是掌上機改了能幹嘛??況且還有可能會有手機損壞問題，例如我買Z2被我自己刷壞了要送回去原廠修不是要花很多錢，這風險有點大不過為甚麼這麼多人還是想去刷機??

中國黃金協會週一公佈的數據顯示，內地2月份生產黃金29.422噸，今年首兩個月累計黃金產量達63.171噸， 按年增加6.05噸或10.59%。

數據並顯示，今年首兩個月黃金礦產金完成51.684噸，比去年同期增長10.38%；有色副產金完成11.488噸，比去年同期增長11.56%。
