馬總統：服貿逐條審查 逐條表決

| 為說明服貿重要性，馬總統上午在總統府內發表公開談話，表示簽訂服貿「完全是為了臺灣經濟的未來」。

馬英九總統上午舉行中外記者會，回應占領國會的學生。他說，國家必須繼續向前走，台灣的經濟不能被邊緣化。他保證，推動服貿協議及其他自由貿易協定，都是為了「幫助人民做生意，提升台灣競爭力」，為了讓下一代有更好的未來。
馬總統說，學生希望服貿協議逐條審查、逐條表決，前天執政黨團已經決議一致支持。他呼籲學生早日撤出立法院議場，讓立法院恢復正常運作，這也是多數民意的期望，因為其他四院的法案與預算都跟立法院關係密切。他也期盼立法院掌王金平與朝野黨團，能夠儘速讓服貿協議回歸正常議事程序，作最妥適的處理。 ※延伸閱讀／

朱：三環三線一定要實現

作者： 【記者潘昱帆／新北報導】 | 台灣新生報 – 新北市長朱立倫日前在新北市議會專案報告時強調「三環三線，一定要實現」;對於社會住宅政策補貼方面，新北市整合內政部營建署的住宅補貼方案，提供舊屋修繕、購屋利息補貼及租金補貼等措施。
市長朱立倫表示，新北市指派副市長擔任召集人，整合工務局、交通局等各局處組成專案推動小組，三年多來努力推動三環三線，並以副市長層級跟台北市政府、中央機關合作協調，在議會支持下於一○○年成立捷運軌道建設基金，迄今已編列四百億元，足以支應計畫落實，並回應，捷運路網一條條通車，也一條條在興建，講他政見跳票是「政治語言」，要回應政治語言很困難，因此只能儘快推動，讓各捷運工程如期如質完工。
朱立倫指出，為節省工程預算並加快施工進度，市府重大工程都已預留或併入捷運共構介面，例如台北大學聯外道路、捷運頂埔站與三鶯線起站共構、安坑一號道路、新社后橋、淡水河北側平面道路等等，另淡海輕軌綜合規劃已獲行政院核定，土木建設工程十月就動工，汐止民生線、三鶯線、安坑線的綜合規劃都可望今年獲核定，接著就是先期工程、共構工程，也會全力盡快進入土建、機電工程。
對於議員關心三環三線衝擊交通、增設機車停車位問題，朱立倫表示將納入施政規劃參考。朱立倫強調，成就三環三線需要市府、議會和所有市民共同努力，三環三線完工後，大台北捷運長度將超過三百公里，可以造福至少六百萬市民。
對於社會住宅政策，朱立倫表示，在政策補貼方面，新北市整合內政部營建署的住宅補貼方案，提供舊屋修繕、購屋利息補貼及租金補貼等措施，一○二年度使一萬一七八三戶家戶受益。在興建社會住宅方面，除既有房舍整建，本市也在三重、中和三處提供青年社會住宅共一一四二戶，朱立倫強調，這一一四二戶全部用於出租，租金比市價低，另外在這一千多戶中再挑三成弱勢家庭，給予更多租金優惠。

才2年 台74線路燈常失明

自由時報 – 〔自由時報記者陳建志／台中報導〕台七十四線快速道路東平路匝道附近，近日長約四、五百公尺的中央分隔島路燈不亮，入夜後黑漆漆一片，就連匝道口前的指示牌照明燈也不亮，用路人抱怨連連，不解通車才二年，卻常出現路燈不亮，希望養護單位善盡管養責任。
民眾向本報投訴，近日行經台七十四線快速道路霧峰往北屯方向時，在接近太平東平路匝道前，整排長約四、五百公尺的中央分隔島路燈全都不亮，因整個路面一片漆黑，增加行車危險。
民眾表示，除了中央分隔島路燈不亮，靠近匝道口前照亮指示牌的照明燈也不亮，僅有匝道旁的路燈還發揮照明作用，抱怨該路段通車才二年，但已多次出現整排路燈不亮的情形，希望養護單位趕緊修復，並找出頻頻故障原因。
記者實地走訪，確實發現東平路匝道口前的路燈都不亮，因屬高架道路，兩旁並無住家燈光照明，加上剛好是匝道口，一片漆黑確實造成用路人不便。
公路總局員林工務段副段長詹昀燃表示，該路段確實已發生多次路燈不亮情形，但主要是之前進行護欄強化工程線路受損，以及下雨潮濕造成漏電斷路器跳電，會立刻派人到場巡查修復。
詹昀燃表示，因無法每天派人巡查，建議民眾若發現台七十四線快速道路或中投公路路燈不亮時，可撥打048-382011通報，二十四小時都有人員值班處理。
