Makiyo媽媽65歲冥誕　「希望你在天堂很開心」

Makiyo的媽媽因罹患肺癌第4期，仍不敵病魔，於1月12日病逝。今是ma媽的65歲生日，Makiyo在臉書貼出與媽媽親暱合照，寫道：「親愛的媽媽，生日快樂」，附上一顆愛心圖。照片中，Makiyo與ma媽臉貼著臉，分別穿著桃紅、粉紅母女裝，露出淺淺微笑比著ya，感情相當深厚。另也在微博寫下「希望你在天堂得很開心愛你唷」，貼出媽媽生前健康的模樣照。據悉，Makiyo有好姊妹的陪伴，已逐漸走出傷痛，開始復工，不少網友為她打氣「媽媽看到妳好好的會開心的」；紛紛送上祝福「ma媽，生日快樂^^」。（陳嘉婉／綜合報導）

標題[討論] 台灣的薪資有多誇張?

停職期間仍接案收錢 律師遭訴

中央社 – 

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中16日電）一名郭姓律師停職期間，不但繼續接案，還向被害人收取費用，今天遭台中地檢署依詐欺罪及違反律師法起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，郭男於民國97年因妨害自由罪，經最高法院判刑5月確定，101年台灣律師懲戒委員會決議郭男停止執行業務2年，至103年12月5日止。

起訴指出，郭男102年間經人轉介認識一名涉妨害家庭案件的孫男，郭男明知自己仍於停職期間，仍向孫男謊稱可負責處理此案件，並索取新台幣110萬元費用，但郭男並未依約處理孫男案件。

另外，郭男又於102年間為一公司進行民事清償報酬案，收取2萬4520元費用，業者經檢察官傳喚到案說明，才知道郭男受懲戒停止律師職務。

檢察官認為，郭男遭停止職務期間，不得執行律師業務，卻仍意圖營利辦理訴訟事件，嚴重破壞司法威信且危害司法人員形象，依詐欺罪及違反律師法將郭男起訴。1040316

收費員訴求若准 全民埋單26億

（中央主者汪淑芬台北16日電）國道收員自救會今天又發動抗爭。高公局表示，自救會歷來所提訴求超越現有法令，若獲同意，全民要花新台幣26億元買單。

高速公路局說，政府已透過各種方式協助收費員就業1年多，部分收費員不願接受工作或不參與媒合，而是走上街頭抗爭，今天赴行政院長毛治國住家的脫序抗爭，違反集會遊行法及刑法，嚴重影響收費員過去良形象，極不可取，應予譴責。

高公局指出，收費員多次抗爭，已逐漸模糊焦點並轉向不理性，對協助收費員安置就業未見幫助，呼籲收費員平理性面對問題。

高公局表示，根據歷次收費員自救會所提年資結算及勞保補償訴求，都已逾越現有法令，如果同意其訴求，政府要負擔數26億元經費補償收費員，不僅全民買單，也不符合公平正義原則。

高公局估計，收費員原本都是政府約聘僱人員，若訴求全獲同意，其他政府機關約聘僱及臨時人員也都會要求比照，政府要負擔的經費恐達上千億元。

部分收費員自認權益受損，要求政補償。不過，高公局表示，都已依照現行法令規定，依年資發給離職給與，並從優再發給或補足7個月薪資。

高公局統計，425名應協助轉職的收費員中，有165人已就業，260人待轉職，其中有67人錄取後未報到，有57人報到後又離職，另有135從未參與媒合工作，也拒絕接受高公局的關切。

高公局3月底前還會再安排大型工作媒合，希望收費員參與，早日就業，回歸安定生活。1040316
