It usually takes about 1 month to have them after your ordering the items. Also our boutiques do not take orders from overseas either over the phone or via email etc. in advance. Moreover, when you order the item via Tiffany Online Shopping site, we send the items to purchaser/recipient permanent address in Japan. We are unable to send the items to other addresses.
