不斷彈出"Windows Installer 正在準備安裝"

我正在使用 Windows xp 2003
某次意外中斷電源後，就不斷彈出 "Windows Installer 正在準備安裝"的視窗。

現不論開啟什麼程式，均會彈出這視窗，我也不能使用MS OFFICE。
請指教如何處理

ps.我有去查過資料
找到的資料是1.  > 開始 (Start)，> 執行 (Run)，在格內打入 sfc /scannow ，c 與 / 之間 須有空位，之後按 Enter 做輸入。

2.  此後會立時啟動修檢程序，但如你硬碟上 (出廠前) 沒有內存系統備份檔夾，機系統可能要你放入安裝CD 碟方可繼續。

但是我用的是盜版的
沒有xp 2003的cd-rom
有沒有其他解決方法~
