高雄市美濃區民政課課員廖國智才27歲，研究所一畢業就考上地方特考四等考試，去年底升級挑戰地方特考三等考試，最近放榜，他名列高雄區榜首。廖國智說，他準備考試的訣竅就是「找方法、找重點」。據他觀察，通常考古題曾出現的題目，就是命題重點，儘管每天只利用三小時左右的時間準備，準備一年就能順利考取。

美濃區公所主秘羅進榮說，廖國智從成大外語系畢業後再攻讀中山大學政治學研究所碩士，在區公所內學歷突出，這次考取榜首，也讓所有同仁於有榮焉。廖說，他剛開始分發擔任基層里幹事時，曾為送達兵單，在雨天騎機車前往山區，卻因路況泥濘不慎摔傷，讓他感觸「公務員其實不都是想像中那麼爽」，也希望民眾能給認真的公務員多些鼓勵。（劉智維／高雄報導）

台北市立動物園大貓熊寶寶圓仔跟媽媽圓圓，母女倆相處模式時好時壞，今日下午線上直播時段，圓仔不滿圓圓猛拉牠，變身暴力熊，連打媽媽頭部好幾下。

圓仔打媽媽，圓圓看女兒不聽話，火氣也來了，一個起身就把圓仔撲倒在地上，圓仔第一時間還想爬回矮棲架，但等媽媽離開，圓仔立刻轉身衝上棲架頂端，躲起來讓媽媽抓不到，而面對圓仔的反應，圓圓改去水池玩水，讓自己冷靜一點。（陳詩璧／綜合報導）

台北市公館國小自辦營養午餐，自上學期起，校方竟強制要求學生吃素及飯前吃水果，每2周就有1頓營養午餐僅提供素菜，不供肉類，另每天上午第2節下課發送水果；有學生向校方抗議吃素吃不飽，校長指吃素是教育局政策。但教育局表示，未硬性規定學生吃素。

北市公館國小有學生家長向校方抱怨，校長要求吃素只提供幾樣青菜及馬鈴薯，根本吃不飽，飯前吃水果更莫名其妙。

公館國小校長李鍾慧堅稱，教育局政策規定每1個月須提供1次素菜，基於健康理由改採每2周提供1次素菜；飯前吃水果是因許多學生飯後不吃水果、把水果丟掉，避免浪費改飯前吃。

北市教育局說，基於節能減碳，北市府政策推廣每周一是「蔬食日」，鼓勵吃無肉便當，但未硬性規定；尊重公館國小校方午餐委員會與家長會討論結果，若家長有個別意見，會請校方多溝通。（林媛玲／台北報導）
