※ 引述《Hummer (悍馬)》之銘言： : 最近快被我主管搞瘋了， 大家好，我找到新工作要離職了，不再只是上PTT來嘴砲而已， 離職前跟大家分享一下主管的事蹟，也算為我6年的職涯下個註解。 半年前主管招募了一個新人，主管認為新人超優秀， 還破格提高一職等錄用(公司史上唯一 還得寫報告的)， 新人家住外縣市通車要一小時，他事先都知道，還是愛的要死硬要錄用。 然後他把新人丟給我帶，包含上一篇說的擺爛的前輩， 他說：我人都給你了，看我要怎麼運用，說我是Leader所以他們的進度我要負責。 結果新人每天準時5點20下班，於是主管問我要怎麼利用他有限的時間， 他媽的不是你錄用的嗎??人家早跟你說住在外縣市， 他就可以準時走，我還要替他想怎麼利用時間? 還要我逼新人假日出來加班，誰理你啊?? 這新人也蠻慘，表現沒有他預期的好， 加上講話蠻直白的，沒幾個月整個就被主管給黑了， 主管叫他，他轉頭回：幹嘛。 慘了，方丈生氣了，開會的時候說他態度不好， 小子，職場6年你到底學了什麼? 方丈為人很小心眼的! 主管叫我，要以最快速度小跑步到他身邊，雙腳微蹲，雙手移到胸前， 手心向下自然下垂，張嘴伸舌，急速吐納，氣灌丹田大聲回答：請問長官有什麼吩咐。 可惜我尚未教會他此絕學他就已得罪了方丈， 這新人很有風骨，開發程式不管畫面， 連表格寬度都不願意調一下，主管跟他抱怨， 他回說你不可以強求我的美工，每個人的專長不一樣， 真是帥到掉渣。 後來主管跟我說，要逼迫新人，要對他狠， 還扯歷代君王，說自己就是對人不夠狠，前輩才會變這樣(擺爛)。 原來他就是這樣看下屬的，當場我又涼了半截，還是下半截! 主管開會老是說公司沒有我們不會倒， 說如果覺得他在壓榨我們隨時可以走， 說他會做到主管就是因為他比我們強， 好吧，那我就順你的意，再送你兩個字! 啾咪! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.10.73.184
