高公局預估，今大年初三是春節假期最塞的一天，全天國道將湧現290萬至300萬輛次車潮，今、明兩天將祭出北上路段高乘載管制，未坐滿3人的車子可選在夜間免收費時段上國道，避開白天高峰期。高公局即時路況資訊上午7時許顯示，目前國道路況良好，時速大多有90公里以上，僅基隆端至基隆時速在80公里以下。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

今明（年初三、初四）國道疏導措施
★暫停收費：前一天21時至當日上午7時
★入口高乘載管制：
●今、明9至15時國1北上高雄端至內壢、國3北上九如（屏東）至大溪
●明15至20時國5北上蘇澳至頭城
★入口匝道封閉：0~24時封閉國1埔鹽系統北上入口
★差別收費：除暫停收費時段外，國3新竹系統至燕巢系統8折收費
